Mantua/Sewell Wendys 12:30-1:00 Saturday Waited for almost 10 mins. to order. No one ever acknowledged us at the counter. Workers were busy with drive up orders though. One worker did finally call out and ask who's working the counter, no response. An employee with a red shirt went to address a concern at the drive up while on the phone. Not sure if he was manager or not. Never looked our way or into dining area. Left and went to Glassboro.

I ordered that Baconator which was ok but bacon was not fresh at all very wet I was looking for that crunch. I also ordered one of their new Frosty’s, which didn’t fit the bill $15 for a cheeseburger french fries and a frosty not complaining about the money just for what you’re getting

We haven't been to the Wendy's location on Woodbury-Glassboro RD in Mantua, NJ for quite some time, and we won't be back! We dined inside and it was filthy. All of the tables needed to be wiped down, the counter where you order was so dusty you could write your name on it, the floor had footprints all the way to the counter where you get condiments, which was empty. All that was there was napkins. The entire interior was absolutely disgusting. The quality of the food wasn't that good either. The fries and Frosty were good, but the burgers were cold. It was Tuesday 03/25/25 @ 3:45pm

Nice looking building, and food was well prepared, other than that they were out of a lot of things.
They were out of spoons, they were out of trays in the dining room. I had to rip open my bag and spread it out on the table, they were out of almost Every drink in the Coca-Cola freestyle machine. The only option for a no calorie no sugar was the unsweetened iced tea, which is a chemical tea, not a freshly brewed tea. i’ve never seen one of these machines out of so many things. 3pm 3/20/25
I was reading old reviews of this location and saw that the soda machine has been out many of the flavors for over three weeks now. Get it together!

One soda machine was completely broken and the other was half broken-no ice and half the flavors were out. Hard to do your own sodas when the machines don't work. On the plus side, the guy at the front was great.
