Always fast service and the employees come to register promptly. And food is ready in fast food time

Really didn't want to have to leave a nasty review but do not recommend mobile ordering to this location EVER especially during the last hour of operation. You will likely be told "they lost your order" and to cancel it. Then when you can't cancel it, your card will still be charged, the manager will refuse to look at your digital receipt or listen to you verbally provide the order confirmation, and you get no food and no refund, are arbitrarily told to call some customer care #. Wendy's Corporate's "solution" to taking $15 from me for not delivering what I paid for, was a $20 mobile coupon that expires in 30 days, because there was a "system error and they couldn't see the orders". The solution should quite obviously be to disable mobile orders instead of effectively stealing people's money. I'm actually so flabbergasted by this experience and the stonewalling of corporate to refund me my money but I feel others should be warned. Others on Yelp have reported the same thing at this specific loc, being told their mobile order "got lost" and having to re-pay. Never seen that anywhere else before. In conclusion: drive the extra few minutes to Glassboro

I ordered the new SpongeBob meal. It was supposed to come with fries, burger with special sauce, and a frosty with pineapple infused. I get home and there was no sauce on the burger at all. Also the fries were only half full in the container. Also the frosty was all vanilla with no pineapple or mango in there at all of course I got home so I could not go back very disappointed. My daughter also asked for honey mustard on the side and they said yes and they never put it in. Totally totally disappointed I also paid $25 for both meals basically I got a regular Wendy's Burger with half fries and a vanilla Frosty

I was ordering my food, when the manager was rushing me the entire time, realizing there was not a single person there. The manger had no patience, bad attitude. Will not be going back to the Wendy’s for the disrespect that was given, when your supposed to have good customer service!

Wow. I’m embarrassed to say I ate here. Cold food, employees that ignore customers and leave you standing, short changed me on the fries I ordered, dining room covered in a strange mucus-like film, infested with flies mosquitoes and fruit flies…should I go on? Where is the corporate management for this franchise? Just across the street Chik Fil A has got to be destroying you guys!!

What a joke 22 dollars for 2 chicken sandwiches fries and a coke, fries were ice cold and stale. Chicken was like the bottom of someone's shoes the only thing good was the soda I don't mind spending money but at least serve fresh food or close the heck down if you can't get it right !22 dollars in the trash disgusting !!

Either the air is broken or not on but it's HOT in there! We ordered our food for dine in at 1:48pm and just got it at 2:05pm! To me that is ridiculous and could have just went to an actual restaurant for the mo ey and speed we got everything! The staff is rude and have an attitude every time we come to this location. Never again!
