The famous Peruvian Chef's establishment in NY City didn't last long due to high prices and small portions. In comparison, Rahway's Peruvian restaurants offer cheaper, larger portions. The entire staff is amazing, always friendly with a nice smile, making diners feel welcomed every time.
From the moment guests walk in, the ambiance is absolutely amazing, with dim lighting and elegant decor perfect for a romantic date or casual dinner. Complimentary cancha with two incredible sauces sets the tone for a fantastic meal. Dishes like the Causa Poseidon—layers of potato salad, tuna salad, crunchy seafood, and octopus leg—are phenomenal, with fresh, perfectly seasoned flavors. The whole chicken with side salad and French fries is also delicious.
The service stands out, with attentive, professional staff like Alonso, Jennifer, Evelyn, and Amnuer going above and beyond. They are knowledgeable, warm, and make every visit special. Food is made to order, though there is a card transaction fee, so cash is recommended. A hidden gem worth visiting!
