Chicken is not fresh. Crew not helping other Crew. The drive thru Crews just standing while the guy who's taking the dine in and online orders is by himself that causing a long wait Ive been to other locations its not lke this. Management should take action.

I don’t remember the last time I received such excellent and over the top service and commitment in making my order top notch delicious and perfect for my nieces & nephews, my sister and brother-in-law, and last, but not least, me, myself and I. Diego took my order at the register and when I requested the order of non-spicy chicken breasts, he told me there wasn’t enough left, but he did not give up! Diego was swift in alleviating the circumstances and coming up with a solution to the problem, but communicating with the cook Sherpa. Sherpa didn’t disappoint me at all and didn’t complain, but looked at me with a smile and said he would throw in a fresh batch of chicken breasts which really made me feel welcomed and valued, These days the dollar doesn’t go far anymore, so when I spend it, especially at a place of food and service, I want to feel valued and Diego and Sherpa did not disappoint. I honestly feel that hardworking and dedication should be rewarded and the most important aspect of the business, the actually face of the business isn’t the advertisements and commercials or logos or anything else like that, it’s the employee who I see and I couldn’t be more impressed with Diego’s and Sherpas GET-IT-DONE-AND-RIGHT. They absolutely kicked ass and took names and I will definitely be coming in again many more times, I even told some friends that they really know what they are doing at the Popeyes in Manville.

Sandwich was very good! Nicely fried, Really good flavor, fresh roll. Popeyes has always been my favorite chicken. However I cannot drink soda and asked for a cup for tap water from their machine. I was told “we dont give cups for water”! Pardon me? Every other fast food self service drink recipe gives water cups. I dont know if I’ll go back. Another chicken place across street.

Waited in line for over 10 minutes as the staff catered strictly to drive thru orders as the in store line had over 8 people waiting. Customer service was nonexistent and the cashier was rude. I asked to substitute chicken pieces, which I do literally every time I go to Popeyes and this location was the first to tell me no. With no true rhyme or reason. I don’t recommend this location as they took forever to service the in store customers and they are less than accommodating. 0 stars and I’m throwing tomatoes.

This place is pathetic 😒 It served the worst Popeyes chicken I ever had. Don't be fooled. That's a thigh sitting beside that wing. I wish I had a picture of the breast they served me. It looked like someone ate the meat off of it and they then battered the bones fried it and sold it. Absolutely shame. Go somewhere else if you are hungry. It didn't even taste like Popeyes 😕.

Just purchased an 8 piece chicken only box. I am was highly disappointed with the quality of the chicken. There was more spicy batter than chicken on the bones. I paid $23.45 for a box of spicy crunchy skin.
