First of all this is a COSTA RICAN Restaurant NOT MEXICAN. Their service is ok, if you are not Tico (from Costa Rica) you will notice the difference in service. Also their staff spend more time chit chatting than actually serving their non Tico customers, however their food is excellent. Try any "Casado"
I ordered an item from the Typical side of the menu. Most of the entrees were listed as $10, but the liver and the fish were listed as $12. I ordered the fish. The bill came - the fish was now $13. I asked the waitress to explain. She said most of the items were $10, but the liver and fish were "more." I asked to see the menu. It, again, said $12. Why was she overcharging me?
