For the 3rd or 4th time now, this location is completely out of burger patties. Burger King is out of burgers. But worse than that, I just spent 50 bucks on a mobile order, then sat 20 minutes in the drive thru with no one acknowledging us at the speaker despite 4 people going past us. Then were told this location is out of patties, and that we would have to cancel the order in the app ourselves. Except you *can’t.* instead of having a functional “cancel order” button, I had to wade through an AI menu and then came to the conclusion of “a support team member will reach out to you within 48 hours.” Absolutely ridiculous, absolutely unacceptable, and absolutely not the first time.

Went there for dinner the other night on Saturday March 8th. Mistakenly ordered the wrong thing on the virtual kiosk. The employees were kind enough to fix the order without extra charge.

They took too long, maybe they were busy and I understand that point but also, I wanted to pay alone on the computer and it was not possible, the girl who served me charged me 6 dollars more than what my total reflected, I decided to pay, not to get into a dilemma but sure not to return to this restaurant.

I tried to use my Royal Perks and the manager in the drive thru said I also had to make a purchase which isn’t true. A customer can use their Royal Perks when ever they want and they do not have to buy anything if the Royal Perks points equal the amount. The manager was very rude and I filed a complaint
