Modern building! It was busy yet clean when I arrived! Big parking lot in the back. My order was correct, and my food tasted great.

Very slow. Waited 10 minutes for food at the drive thru window. My food was sitting there the whole time, just was waiting on someone to pour my soda in the cup. The car 2 cars behind me actually left the line and headed elsewhere.

25 minutes wait for 2 meals inside. Don’t go if you are in a rush definitely not fast food.

I was waiting to pick up an order and was ignored for a solid 15 mins. I met eyes with 3 different people and they just carried on like I wasn't even there. Not one of them, manager included, had the decency to at least come to the window to tell me the order isn't ready

Forced to use kiosk to order. Then a worker with poor English and manners just keep saying “what’s your number “ . Chicken sandwiches were so salty that no one could eat them.

This Burger King establishment is the worst I’ve ever been to. I received an uncooked patty, which I suppose is a testament to the difficulty in cooking patties these days.

This Burger King is the worst of the worst. I have given this particular establishment two tries before writing this review. Don’t not stay open late or say you can take orders if you have no staff. Either close the store down when you are poorly staffed or don’t allow orders. If you go any time after 10:00 you will sit in a line regretting life choices. I will settle my dissatisfaction with them and I will never go to another Burger King they don’t need me and I don’t need them.

Ever since they remodeled this location has become fantastic. The only suggestion is that they put a trashcan back near the soda dispenser. It becomes a mess when busy because the nearest trash is too far

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The manager, Melissa was incredibly rude. She kept calling me. MAMI. I told her that that’s not my name and she threw her hand and said thank God. There was another gentleman next to me, he was inquiring about his food and he was also treated rudely. She told me in the drive-through line to wait in the front. I went in 20 minutes later and I said where is my impossible burger, and she said. Oh yeah because she had forgotten about it. She said well I’m gonna decide whether to give you your food or not. She rolled her eyes several times walked away repeatedly even when the gentleman was asking her a question about what the storm number was this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had, and definitely the worst Burger I’ve ever been to. She should never manage another store or be customer service again.

They force you to use self serve kiosk which takes way longer to place an order. Majority of the workers have strong accent hard to communicate. Another guy standing there agreed with me never coming back. Stop forcing me to use your kiosk.

I just went there walked inside and the manager wouldn’t take my order told me I had to use the new kiosk thing. I’m not touching that thing so you have lost a customer for life since you refuse to take my order now. So insane and ridiculous you wouldn’t take my order
