The Chicken Pollo Maria was out-of-this world delicious. My husband was not sure how to order his sirloin and our phenomenal server Raquel talked to him to determine his preferences. Our server Raquel was the best. We eat out one to two times a week, and she was among one of the best we've had. I ordered the Tuscan Grilled Sirloin and Raquel's suggestion of telling the kitchen medium rare was perfect. The steak was excellent. The best part was her friendly personality.
