The past 2 out of 3 times our order was messed up. I ordered a meatball parm sandwich meal and got chicken parm. My friend got a chicken salad wrap and asked for no cheese since she doesn't eat or drink dairy. It came with cheese but not bacon, lettuce or tomato like it said it description. Placed an order tonight and asked from grilled chicken and received beef. I'll let them slide for tonight since it's nye and I know they're busy.

I went to Gaetano’s of Maple Shade yesterday afternoon, after looking it up on google maps. The Lyft driver that drove me to the restaurant told me that I chose well, that Gaetano’s is famous for the cheesesteak sandwich.
They offer a variety of different hot and cold sandwiches, as well as Pizza, Calzone & Strombolis, Dinners & Seafood, hot appetisers and Burgers.
I decided to go with the their famous 12 inches cheese steak hoagies since I was famished.
It consisted of grounded beet, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and melted mozzarella in their famous bread.
Let me tell you, it was delight. The beef was savoury with hot melted cheese, vinegar & oil and topped with their onions, tomatoes, lettuce.
I managed to finish it up. I was full and happy.
I noticed that this Cheesesteak restaurant is quite popular in the town and local area. I’ve seen quite a few regulars, which is a good sign.
The staff were also very friendly.
I recommend people passing by, tourists and locals to try their variety of amazing cheesesteak sandwiches.

We waited 3 hours to have our food delivered. It was cold and terrible. I will never order again from this place. The steak and fries were cold and my hoagie was soggy and terrible.
I wanted to try this place for the first time . I ordered a chicken cheesesteak BUT they gave me a beef cheesesteak instead and it was loaded with hot peppers !! They gave me a wrong order and that cheesesteak wrap tasted so bad .And they didn’t tell me until after I purchased an other drink that my meal comes with a drink .Bad food bad service.

Spent so much money ordering from here regularly but they have messed up too many orders at this point. Quality is bad now. I’m done with them. Trash a$$ manager had the nerve to laugh with my complaint after they gave me a spoonful of dressing for a large salad after I wrote “don’t forget the dressing” this time in the additional notes. Why did I write that? Because their dumb staff decided to send salads with no dressing. I should reverse every mf charge I ever spent on this restaurant. It’s like they purposely do the opposite of what’s in the additional instruction.

If i could give negative stars for the customer service, I would....unbelievable...two different times put on hold for over 5 minutes and noone ever picked back up. I will never order from there again...put it on the banned list for maple shade! Bye bye gaetanos...business is going

Ordered a pizza and fries, they confirmed my address but it was wrong so I updated it; after 50 minutes I called to check on the order and they said it was on the way; 5 mins later they call me back and say it was delivered to the old address. The pizza is good; but not good enough for all the confusion and poor service.
