Won't let you order at the counter (kiosk only) and they charge you for sauce unless you get tenders. This is the only KFC that I've been in that does that.

The employees are very lazy and very slow, I waited one hour for an order and when I asked when it would be ready, they answered me rudely and were very disrespectful.

The manager Nafeesa is absolutely wonderful. Such a professional and pleasant person every time I go there. No matter how busy she always is kind and goes above and beyond. As a store manager, I’d love to have people like her leading in my building! Keep up the great work.

I never find the KFC
The people working here are very disrespectful and they need to learn respect. No work discipline and strange people who don't know how to talk to people. Everyone who places an order waits for a long time for it to be prepared, but in the meantime, the staff are shouting and chatting in the back

The absolute worse service I have ever had hear. After a 4 minute wait for chicken tenders (because they wanted to make sure they were fresh) turned into 25 minutes I went inside to see what the hold up was. I was asked what I was missing by 3 different people I told them my entire meal and they basically walked away and kept dancing and screaming to the Whitney Houston song on the radio. Then I guess was a manager came up and asked me “she talk to you” twice I said “who? And about what?”. She then told me they were out of pot pies and asked if I would want to trade it for mashed potatoes. Told her no and I wanted a refund. This is a disgrace to see how horrific people can be at their job and still have a job. I will never go back to another kfc after this exchange

Whoever trained these workers in customer service failed miserably, I’m standing there for 10 mins to pick up my order, had multiple employees walk by not acknowledge me at all I had to get their attention myself, lady or man (not sure) who runs the expo line was beyond rude. Gave this place a second chance but they were just as bad as the first. I’m never coming back to that hole again. Place was a filthy and the food was sub par at best.
