You’d think since it was out of the warmer it would be against Department of Health standards to put it BACK into the warmer.

Your workers need to be retrained or replaced. The food is subpar and the service is abysmal. Most of the tables are dirty with pieces of food and the workers forgot half of my order. I had to repeatedly remind them. They’re constantly in the back distracted and clearly not paying attention to the order.

Ordered Uber eats there was no utensils in it. I didn’t get my drink. I just wanna know how someone supposed to eat coleslaw mashed potatoes and a pot pie with no spoon or fork. It’s not the drivers fault. It’s 100% your negligence. Do better.

Got buy one get on the mashed bowls during Eagles game called to report it and the female told okay she let the know and just hung up ,like that drop the 🎤 whole phone call, I'm also in customer service and just finished half my shift in. Eagles play off Sunday Wow what a busy day, I'm not worried about the free stuff but we're planning on eating this with my daughter and finishing watching this game Instead I'm sitting here writing KFC about this, highly un professional I asked her who to talk to about my complaint and she said What is your problem? Already in denial about the order as she fumbling around to look me up
I will spread the word To just clarify this moving forward I don't want anything I won't come back I've tried this location for at least 20 years last time for me
