ordered online 45 minutes in advance only to be told that they were out of chicken , waited in to go parking for 15 minutes,ignored, got someone's attention and told still not ready, told them to cancel and credit the amount. Filled out survey which I got right away, no response, called customer service, unhelpful and asked to talk to management. Still no response or refund after two weeks. Being a restaurant manager for 40 years by far the worst response, no wonder the service in the stores mirror the company. Sucks.

Slowest drive thru ever and inside is no better. This location needs to step their game up big time with speed. Hire more workers do something or move over and let McDonald’s show them how it’s done

Dirty kitchen!
Will never come back! You get ther type of service in kitchen you pay for! If up to me everyone would be fired. Team there can't even multi- task and do multiple things at one time.
