They always get the order on drive through wrong. Either they miss giving utensils or sauces, or something else. You only realize when you have moved out and coming back for that would be an hassle. They also have difficulty understanding orders on the drive through. Food is good, service is average at best.
Whoever worked tonight June 6th closing time deserves a raise. My food was perfect. My shrimp was separated and shaken up correctly with the seasoning and my biscuit was soft and buttery. My sauces and drink were correct as well as my side. My tenders were the perfect size and tasted fresh. Shoutout to you whoever you are who made my order! 🩷
I pulled up to Popeyes around 7 in the evening, thinking it was gonna be the usual wait. Line looked crazy at first, but it went by quick. Food came out fresh too, not like was sitting. Biscuits were soft, not dry, and they didn’t forget anything in my order, which already puts them above a lot of places. Honestly, one of the best I’ve Popeyes runs I’ve had in a minute.
