Restaurant is a disaster! The floor in the entire restaurant including the bathroom is slipping hazard. It's like they wash their floor with their cooking oil. All the orders are getting mixed up and running out of crispy chicken before noon?! Staff eating while fulfilling orders too

Made my food with NONE of the specifications I requested. In fact, almost everything I asked for, they did the opposite. I paid an up charge for chicken, they gave me beef, I paid for extra tomatoes, they weren’t there. I asked for no sour cream or beans, they put EXTRA servings of both. I thought maybe I messed up when I ordered, so I double checked, and everything was ordered correctly. They simply ignored all of it. It was disgusting and inedible. I’ll be telling everyone I know to not eat from here. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a normal thing, plus the store is unsanitary. Gross.
