This place always takes forever and NEVER gets my order correct. However, yesterday was a new low. I placed a pickup order for 2 meals. It took them 10 minutes to even confirm my order and another 30 minutes to make it. They hadn’t even begun making it until after I arrived, and people who came in AFTER me were getting their food first. There were at least 4-6 employees there, so there is no reason for it to take that amount of time. I might as well have cooked a meal. 40 total minutes for 2 meals from Taco Bell is criminal. Terrible service as well - they literally didn’t even acknowledge customers waiting at the counter for 5 minutes. I won’t be going here anymore.

Food was what i was expecting for the most part, though the chalupa was definitely not the freshest.
The one BIG issue I had, was listening to the manager, from the drive through, just TEARING into a coworker because she ran out to her car for a moment, and now "there is a huge line of people " 🤔 Not quite but ok? Regardless, Just appalling behavior from someone who is supposed to be in charge.
About a year or so ago, I went here to get some KFC because there are so few left around. Service was awful; the people behind the counter gave me an attitude and outright refused to supply me with condiments for no reason.
And judging from recent reviews, these people were allowed to CONTINUE working here, thus giving KFC and Taco Bell a bad reputation. The only person who worked here that acted professionally moved on to another fast food chain So KFC/Taco Bell, if you're reading this: send secret shoppers to this location and start firing people, or you won't have a company anymore.

Went here mainly to grab a Baja Blast but saw the chicken nuggets meals and decided to get some food also. The nuggets were very good and the fries were not to my liking so I probably won't do them again. Service was fantastic and I would go back to this location just for him.
This Taco Bell needs new management and new cooks. The food at this location is horrible. The food I recieved was soggy, the Nacho fries i ordered were hard and cold. Stay away from this buisness. Save your money.

I have been here 3x recently. The first time my order was wrong and everything was thrown poorly into the bag, the 2nd time a girl got extremely moody with my friend when she requested her order be fixed, and tonight was the final straw, we confirmed the order 3x with the person working the drive thru; got our food and the tacos had no meat in them, and we were missing most of our order. Tonight was the final straw for me. I’ve worked in food and i understand it’s a tough business sometimes but this business is very very poorly run and is making the Taco Bell/KFC brand look very bad. 😕
