I have been a loyal Ani customer for many years. I’ve been recently eating at the Maplewood location and I want to give a shout-out to Shanerlyn and Dennis. My familiy’s order can be a bit complex but they never fail to get it right. Not only does the food always come out perfect but the quality of the service is excellent!!! Great experience all around!

I love Ani Ramen. I’m not vegan but I have loved their vegan broth for several years. But alas, they have changed the recipe to something far more bland. The veggies and tofu were still great, but this new broth recipe is just mid. Bring back the old vegan broth pleeese

John especially was our waiter for the night and he made the experience 10x better with his attention to us, he checked in multiple times and listened to my concerns with some of the ingredients. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Our server, John, went above and beyond he made us feel truly welcome and turned what started as a casual date into a memorable, intimate experience that we’ll never forget. The food was absolutely perfect. I ordered the chicken wings, which were flavorful and perfectly cooked, while my wife had the pork belly ramen, which was rich, comforting, and delicious. We also shared the pork buns, and they were the ideal start to our meal soft, savory, and full of flavor. Ani Ramen didn’t just serve us great food; they gave us a moment of connection and joy. We left feeling full, happy, and grateful. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent food, top-notch service, and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

This has become our weekly go-to spot... the food is consistently excellent and the staff friendly and professional... we strongly recommend the Chef's Special Ajitama with the 6-minute egg. It's perfection... and now they even have a fellow Dominican with a melodic voice on staff... yay!!! We now have to go twice a week!
UPDATE: We're back... and yes, we ordered the Chef's Special AGAIN... YUM! And KAYLA and JO are the BEST!
