This review is specifically about New Year's Eve. We booked for the convenience of staying local and based on past satisfaction w Bistro, in spite of the daunting prix fixe. My review: skeleton staff was harried and resentful, service was very slow, food was good, though not hot. The fig salad, we were told, would have no figs (tho we arrived at early in the evening); in the end there were figs. Risotto was runny, not creamy. We were surprised there was no coffee/tea offered...
The atmosphere is serene and beautiful. Lovely ambiance. Servers were very friendly and attentive. We had a time crunch to get to a show at SOPAC and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The food was excellent.
