The amount of time I have to wait for someone to take my order because nobody is in the front is extremely frustrating we need to work on punctuality because this isn’t the first time

I’m a sucker for Burger King. This particular location doesn’t have a drive thru so there usually is a little bit of a wait indoors but you can order ahead and they will have it ready for you with virtually no wait at all. They also have several self service kiosks available. The staff is professional and cordial and will even tell you that “ you rule” which is always easy on the ears. There is ample parking on both sides and always has spaces available.the food is typical of most Burger King establishment’s.

Definitely questioned my life choices when I came here. Service is terrible. The wait is long and the people behind me got their order before mine (i just got a small fry and soda). I've been here 3 times (and always wonder why) and it's always the same.

Pleasant experience. Service is somehow slow for a fastfood with minimal customers. Clean place, clean restroom, organized, ample of parking spaces. No drive thru. High chair available. See images for reference.

The wait time was quick. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I tried to complete the bkexperience survey to provide my glowing reviews, but the system stated tthere was a Quatric error; even though I submitted all information correctly from the receipt within the 48 hour grace period.

My friends and I came at night, ordered our food and then were told that they ran out of burgers and couldn’t get a refund. However, we saw the workers grilling their own burgers in the back and we couldn’t be helped. I am very disappointed.

Lady at the counter was rude . She saw me sitting there for 20 minutes and didn't ask me what i was waiting for. I wasn't aware how it worked when you ordered on the kiosk and she was very rude about it. It took 40 minutes to get my order. They keep going past my order and did everyone else that ordered after me first

Came here to eat brunch with spouse and I must say, it’s nice n clean here. Kept upwell and neat. Unlike the Burger King on Route 22 in Union, TERRIBLE OVER THERE! Nasty n filthy and very unwelcoming. Will be eating here instead. Manager and cashier are nice people and very engaging making sure you have everything and especially the sauces, they always ask to make sure your meal is complete with everything you need. Great experience 3/3/25
