Came here to eat brunch with spouse and I must say, it’s nice n clean here. Kept upwell and neat. Unlike the Burger King on Route 22 in Union, TERRIBLE OVER THERE! Nasty n filthy and very unwelcoming. Will be eating here instead. Manager and cashier are nice people and very engaging making sure you have everything and especially the sauces, they always ask to make sure your meal is complete with everything you need. Great experience 3/3/25

The service was terrible. My children wanted to have a nice time with some friends of my son. We went to get something to eat. When we placed the order, one of the employees made some comments about the order, saying that it was too big. Well, okay, we received the order, went out to the car and left. When we arrived, everyone looked for what they ordered. We noticed that a hamburger was missing and another one was missing a piece of bread. Well, they reluctantly placed the order. In the end, we were too far away and we didn't go back to complain about what was missing from the order. Well, I wouldn't spend a bad time with rude employees again here. In the end, customers are going to spend their money so they can use it.

I went. Ordered a number two. Fries were cold, took them back, still cold. Open my burger, wrong order. Got my right burger, it was cold. I spent $9.50. I just threw it out. The Dr Pepper was delicious tho, if that counts.
Ever since they went to all screen ordering it's a nightmare, people that are in there using the screens don't know how to do it which delays the process on top of that the people that are working there apparently don't know that when you order a cheeseburger the cheese is supposed to be melted I think the person just threw two cheese slices on top of a burger and gave it to me so much for have it your way

Ridiculous rules, they don’t accept $100 bills, that was the only money that I have with me and they refused to sell me food. So disappointed ?

Came here to get a coffee and a chicken wrap with fries. Waited exactly 30 minutes for my order. Turns out they didn’t have coffee ready, and only started brewing after around 15 minutes of waiting. They were painfully slow. And instead of making the coffee like I ordered, they gave me the creamer and sugar separate to do it myself… Besides having to spend more time to make the coffee myself, they didn’t even give me something to stir the coffee with. Definitely not worth the $3 they ask for it.
The staff was nice and smiley, but slow and inattentive.
