I placed an order online and my balance showed $33.69. My husband went to pick up the order and the lady there sais they charged $6 more because the guy whose name she couldn't remember is going up on price. That is false advertising. She also said that the price in store was different not my fault as a customer they have lost us as a customer l.

The only thing this place has going for them is the food. I can’t over look customers service. That’s how you bring people in and keep them!! If that’s not there then it make it really hard to really give this establishment all their flowers. It’s not nobody fault personally but better training and communication needs to happen at least for the Maplewood location.

Ordering was easy, but actually getting my food was a nightmare. I waited over 20 minutes even though I was right next door. When I came in, there was no one at the counter or window. I knocked on the employee-only door, called out—no response. The person responsible for handing out orders was nowhere to be found.

This is unacceptable service. It reminded me of another restaurant where they charged a $50 reservation fee, made us wait over an hour to be seated, and we ended up having to ask for a refund.

Crabbae clearly does not respect customers’ time or money. I will never return and do not recommend this place.

I order food through door dash normally if the restaurant don’t have what you won’t they will not confirm your order! This particular store on Irvington Ave maplewood nj confirmed my order then sent that my order was ready for pickup I get here the last janell tells me they don’t have crab! Like excuse me? This place is very unprofessional I will never come back here again I am going to write a review on yelp as well and also from my other accounts this will not be flagged because I will keep coming back! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I order the 3 for $25 that's two rastapasta and wings so i asked for buffalo they gave me barbecue sweet which I don't eat nothing barbecue then i thought they would mix the rastapasta up and give one chicken one shrimp, they gave me 2 shrimp pastas its was to much the sauce for me i was so mad i couldnt eat it paid $40 just for nothing wings to big!!!!!

After waiting for 30 minutes the lady telling me they do not have mac and cheese if I want something different. That's totally unprofessional.

I waited for an order for almost 30 minutes and the staff still wasn't able to help me find out how long they need it to get it ready. People came after me ordered and got their stuff I was still clueless about my order. Staff isn't helpful at all.

The rasta pasta with honey garlic salmon is decent. They give big pieces of salmon and the honey garlic sauce is good. Would go back to try their other menu items
