Order takeout through ubereats and the food was unseasoned and just plain bland. What a waste!

I recently placed an order online, and I was impressed with how easy and quick the process was. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered the catfish dinner with mac and cheese and yams. Unfortunately, the yams were undercooked, tasting more like hard potatoes with brown sugar and syrup. The mac and cheese was extremely dry and stale, as if it had been sitting for days.

The catfish itself was flavorful, but the batter was overly hard and crunchy, to the point where it separated from the fish when I tried to take a bite. It detracted from the overall experience.

Additionally, I ordered two plates of this meal, along with the rasta pasta, which was bland and lacked any noticeable flavor.

I’ve seen the owner post on Instagram, and the food always looks delicious, but unfortunately, this experience did not live up to those expectations. I hope this was just a one-time issue, and that other locations maintain a higher standard of quality.

"Extremely Disappointed with Order Experience"

I was really looking forward to trying Crabbae, but unfortunately, my experience was a complete letdown. I placed an online order over an hour and a half in advance, only to be told upon arrival that my order wasn't ready and would be another 10-20 minutes…. Cool.

After waiting patiently, I returned to find that my order had been lost entirely. The staff seemed apologetic but offered no explanation. Told me I could order again, but the wait would be “35 mins”.

I asked them to simply “cancel” the order. Could be the hunger talking, and I know mistakes happen, but at that point I was turned off. I won't be returning to anytime soon.

I ordered the oxtail rasta pasta and it was not hot at all temperature wise the noodles was not seasoned at all an it was no spice to it the oxtail was ok but for the price it was overrated I was very dissatisfied

Black owners, quality of the chain has changed drastically. I ordered from here and it was a turn off. I was more upset because I work overnight and was not able to eat it or reoder because everything was closed. Very disappointing

Omg the food is amazing the wait was quick & fast he told me 15 mins & everything was ready In 8 mins the guy was very nice older guy with glasses he brought my food out to my car was so fresh definitely my new spot cat fish was great fried how I like it the Mac was cheesy greens was on the money!

Went for the first time I sure will be back had the Hennessy wings with corn, yellow rice, Mac and cheese love it but the corn was missing butter n seasoning besides that it was so delicious I love the Mac it was very good.? also a side of Rasta pasta that was delicious omg ?

Food is really good. The only thing that throws me off is that the greens are NEVER prepared the same any time I order. The first time I ordered I feel in love with the restaurant just off of the greens itself! Imagine. Then a week later I order the same entree and the greens taste like they were fresh out of boiling water. Not even a pinch of salt. Straight up BLAND. Like I went to a whole different restaurant. That drastic drop in flavor was very disappointing and annoying of course because whoever was on the greens last week, needs to be on it everyday! Stick to one cook (or recipe) I’d suggest . Please I wanna fall back in love and stay in love lol

Parking: Only Two parking spots in front of the store, very busy street with a weird intersection so you have to circle the block a couple of times.

Been wanting to come to try this place for a while , saw their videos on TikTok & had to see what’s up, the food is actually really good, Rasta PASTA has a cool kick, I’d come back for sure .
