My go-to Dunkin location. It is usually busy here and, like most Dunkins these days, the quality of the coffee varies wildly. Dunkin used to have dependably good coffee. Parking can be difficult. This location has a tiny, cramped parking lot that is typically quite busy. But the service here is always excellent, the food is consistent with other Dunkins and it's a convenient location to my home.

I don’t feel safe coming to this establishment for my morning coffee between the hours of 5-530 anymore.There is a homeless woman who tried to attack me on Tuesday hanging in and outside of this location. She threw a cup at me and approached me. My mace stopped her from coming any closer. Management didn’t get involved so I called the police to report her. She is still allowed on the premises so please beware.

So I came in here this morning at 8 AM and I had a large order which seemed to upset the staff which made no sense because you’re here to work. I would assume you’d want people to come in and buy so that you have a salary …then I explained how many munchkins I wanted specifically and then she told somebody else to do the order without specifying what I needed..young lady if you don’t wanna come to work don’t work, and if you need to wake up, drink some coffee, I was very annoyed at her horrible service. Thankfully, there was an older lady who was very polite and just created that calming sense that I needed at eight in the morning…Hopefully, they’ll put somebody else at the front.

Terrible customer service today. Every time the two older ladies are working, the experience is awful. They didn’t give me everything I ordered and refused to make my drink the way it’s supposed to be made. They acted like I was bothering them just for asking for what I paid for. I won’t be coming back to this location if this is how customers are treated.
