I recently tried one of Dunkin' Donuts’ sandwiches, and I was pleasantly surprised! Beyond their well-known coffee and donuts, Dunkin' offers a selection of sandwiches that are both hearty and delicious. The sandwich I had was made with fresh, quality ingredients and served on perfectly toasted bread that added just the right crunch. The flavors melded together beautifully, making it a satisfying meal for any time of day.
The service was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. If you're looking for a quick yet tasty bite that goes beyond the usual Dunkin' fare, I highly recommend giving their sandwiches a try.
Staff needs Customer Service training. Most have attitude. The lady had 2 orders in her hand. She put one on the rack and the other one, which I have to figure on my own was mine, behind the rack and walked out. I asked the lady in the cash register if I can grab my coffee which is behind the rack ( I will not ask if it is on the rack) . She rudely answer “If it has your name then grab it, that is why it is there for you to grab it”. We all have bad days or not happy where we work, but you can’t put that to others, especially customers. Needs training or needs replacement.

I ordered a avocado with EXTRA beacon and when I got my order back I did not get beacon and I went back and asked bc I paid for the extra and they declined my service, they need better customer service thank you.

I came to this location twice for some food and unfortunately was on crutches. The first time, I asked if someone could help me bring my coffee to my car. One of the employees, Tashna was so kind and helped me. The second time I went, (a week later) Tashna remembered my order down to my request for a fork and a straw which I thought was pretty nice considering the amount of people I’m sure they assist throughout the day. Without having to ask, Tashna helped me to carry my things out. Her customer service and act of kindness really made my day! Thank you again!

I rarely write review but this place need some work to do. First, there's no donut stocked, no espresso machine working so i had to forgeg my add-on order made on mobile app. Not to mention incompetent and nasty attitude on female employee working afternoon friday shift. I would not return to this location.

Why don't DD locations have mayo? Ketchup is made of sugar (which is unhealthy) and mayo is made of fats (which is good for the body) yet DD doesn't have mayo at their locations. Weird.

THE WORST! They made the worst ice coffee! When I walked back to ask them to remake it I received so much attitude and no new drink. For a four dollar drink I want it made right. Did not deserve all the attitude I received and to not get my drank remade.

the asian lady that works there in the afternoon with the black hair needs to be fired or find a new job. it’s never a good experience coming here, she always has a nasty attitude, doesn’t like being told what to do, when it’s quite literally her job to take orders. i avoid coming here in the afternoons because of her. i do not like her at all. i remember one time i came in to order a coffee and a sandwich and she refused to help the teen she was working with for whatever reason, and she completely ignored fulfilling my order while the teen was busy at the register. maybe i should just curse her out, that’ll probably humble her.
