So I came in here this morning at 8 AM and I had a large order which seemed to upset the staff which made no sense because you’re here to work. I would assume you’d want people to come in and buy so that you have a salary …then I explained how many munchkins I wanted specifically and then she told somebody else to do the order without specifying what I needed..young lady if you don’t wanna come to work don’t work, and if you need to wake up, drink some coffee, I was very annoyed at her horrible service. Thankfully, there was an older lady who was very polite and just created that calming sense that I needed at eight in the morning…Hopefully, they’ll put somebody else at the front.

Terrible customer service today. Every time the two older ladies are working, the experience is awful. They didn’t give me everything I ordered and refused to make my drink the way it’s supposed to be made. They acted like I was bothering them just for asking for what I paid for. I won’t be coming back to this location if this is how customers are treated.

I recently tried one of Dunkin' Donuts’ sandwiches, and I was pleasantly surprised! Beyond their well-known coffee and donuts, Dunkin' offers a selection of sandwiches that are both hearty and delicious. The sandwich I had was made with fresh, quality ingredients and served on perfectly toasted bread that added just the right crunch. The flavors melded together beautifully, making it a satisfying meal for any time of day.
The service was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. If you're looking for a quick yet tasty bite that goes beyond the usual Dunkin' fare, I highly recommend giving their sandwiches a try.
Staff needs Customer Service training. Most have attitude. The lady had 2 orders in her hand. She put one on the rack and the other one, which I have to figure on my own was mine, behind the rack and walked out. I asked the lady in the cash register if I can grab my coffee which is behind the rack ( I will not ask if it is on the rack) . She rudely answer “If it has your name then grab it, that is why it is there for you to grab it”. We all have bad days or not happy where we work, but you can’t put that to others, especially customers. Needs training or needs replacement.

I came to this location twice for some food and unfortunately was on crutches. The first time, I asked if someone could help me bring my coffee to my car. One of the employees, Tashna was so kind and helped me. The second time I went, (a week later) Tashna remembered my order down to my request for a fork and a straw which I thought was pretty nice considering the amount of people I’m sure they assist throughout the day. Without having to ask, Tashna helped me to carry my things out. Her customer service and act of kindness really made my day! Thank you again!
