I am a lifelong career hospitality professional currently operating my own beverage catering business. That being said I recently attended a wedding catered by LC and was * absolutely blown away* by the immeasurable level of professionalism and service shown to myself and other guests by their staff. In addition to that, the food itself was to die for. Stunning presentation and immaculate execution of the entire event. I have never been more impressed with a catering service in my entire life and would ONE HUNDRED PERCENT recommend Laurence Craig for any occasion. After attending a Fashion Show last night catered by Laurence Craig Catering, I was impressed with the various nibbles offered...filet mignon on toast with a burst of flavor and the duck served on a bed edamame and craisins were out of this world! Presentation was gorgeous, and the service impeccable. I hope to use them someday for one of my own catered events!

The more I reflect on the excellence of the food overall, the more I realize the skill of the chef. Not just preparing but selecting the menu and plating and serving. I’d like to know more about the chef and the process of arriving at the excellence I have not experienced before on such a scale. Really amazing feat. A virtuosity I have not seen before.
