Stopped in for an appetizer and a beer before heading home for the day. We arrived after they opened at 4 and there were a few people already there. The bartender was super friendly. We ordered some local beers (good variety on tap) $10 a beer, and an order of the bang bang shrimp. I am still thinking about them.....for $18 there was a good amount of shrimp, the sauce was perfect and the crispiness of the shrimp was the best I have ever had. We will definitely be back for the shrimp and will stay for dinner this time. They have two floors of outdoor seating as well which is blocked from the main road.

My wedding ceremony and reception took place at Pickett's Upstairs Venue, and everything exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding and professional. Our guests continue to rave about the wonderful time they had and the buffet food was absolutely delicious. The venue was arranged perfectly with space for a dance. Perfect perfect.

Walked in, greeted by a warm staff member—great start. Sat at the bar, where it promptly collapsed.
Bartender John A met a basic tequila question with a “no” so cold it could’ve been shaken, not stirred. I followed up, hoping for a recommendation. He tossed the menu on the bar like it was my punishment for asking. No engagement, no care—just contempt, on full display.
To the owners: you can have the best food, the coziest decor, the friendliest host—but one arrogant bartender with a chip on his shoulder will cost you repeat business, five-star reviews, and credibility.

Working with Nicholas was a breeze - he had everything set up beautifully and was extremely professional throughout the process. The party was fantastic - staff was professional and friendly.
