The food is ok but I have driven there twice during their normal business hours and the restaurant was closed. They open and close whenever they feel like it and it’s so unprofessional. I will not be wasting my time driving there ever again.

Food tastes good... however..... the 1 star is for POOR COMMUNICATION and service. I have placed several orders via their online site only to receive a call 30 to 40 minutes later stating they are NOT open that day. There is ALWAYS a long wait even when you order ahead. The restaurant needs better website/business management.

I ordered two orders of stew chicken and veggie chunks l. I got an ordered of rice n two pieces of chicken for 15 dollars. The stew chicken was DRY no stew no taste. The veggie chunck also had no taste I wouldn’t recommend this place at alllllllll. They answer the phone like hello no greeting. Save your money no worth it at alll

Unfortunately, the service was poor staff took over ten minutes to come out from the back and take my order. The dining area was unkempt and it appeared they were under staffed. I'll try again another day.

12:15pm Tue 6/29/202212:54pm Thur 7/21/20222:57pm Fri 7/29/2022whoever said 3 times is a charm obviously has never been to this place. i've come to this restaurant on 3 different occasions. lights off doors locked. but the store hours posted say 11:30am. the reviews are right, they open when they want to. very unprofessional for a business to operate this way. but it's black owned so this kind of stuff is to be expected.

Ms Barnes and her team kicks it out clean and tasty. The Jamaican ox-tail, red snapper eskovich, brown fish stew. They are a little more expensive than other Jamaican restaurants but their cooking is simply very authentic.

What are your CORRECT hours of business? Everytime I decide to call in an order all I get is the voicemail telling me the hours and I'm calling within those hours but never getting an answer. I'm also not able to order online. Do you randomly decide when your gonna open? No exaggeration, I've literally been trying to place an order for at least 2 months. I really love the food and the lady who I usually deal with is always so pleasant but I think I have to find another spot for good Jamaican cuisine. I know the pandemic had been hard on small businesses but I don't get the inconsistency. It's Friday mid afternoon for goodness sakes, who wouldn't be open for takeout?

$53.21 for 2 oxtail dinners!!?? Since when? Two years ago I gave this place a 4 star review. And I've eaten here multiple times since but today (1/9/22) is my last time coming.I placed an order for 2 oxtail dinners at 4:11pm. At 5:12pm they called me to come in for pick up (initially I was told to come in 25 minutes but I knew better and knew I would be waiting as usual. And that was ok, since the food WAS worth it.)So I go in and still waiting for another 5 minutes...still no big deal. The order was paid over the phone, so when I was called to the counter all that was needed is a signature for the charge. For some reason the receipt to sign and apply a tip was somewhere in the back, with some guy?? They were closed at this point and 4 people, including myself where waiting, so no big deal. I gave a $10 cash tip and was thanked for my patient and the tip.Now I'm home about to eat and .....WHAT!!!! NO CABBAGE!!!THE PLAINTAINS ARE NOT SWEET AND MARGORITY OF THE OXTAILS HAVE MORE GRISTLE THAN MEAT....AND I WAS CHARGE $53.21!!!!So I paid $63.21 FOR 2 BOWLS OF RICE WITH PEAS AND GRISTLE FAT MEAT WITH GRAVY!!!!THIS IS SHAMEFULLY UNFORGIVABLE!!!

Good food. The flavor was ok, not great but good. Portion was small and very little gravy in the stew Chicken. Due to COVID the dining room is still closed, I was surprised. It took approx 20 mins for our food and we were the only patrons in the restaurant. I may try again next year when they open for in person dining, for now, I will pass.

Best Jamaican food in the area hands down! lots of authentic Jamaican flavor. Only downside is their hours are inconsistent, sometimes they’re open and sometimes they are closed during business hours.

This place is my preferred one. I go to many restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very helpful and the cooking they serve is so fresh and tasty. I am always happy to have a decent meal here. I highly recommend this place.
