Was told my order was ready at 7:02. They then burned the pizzas, had to redo them and made me stand in 20 degree weather for 50 minutes waiting. I asked if I could come inside in the heat for a few minutes to stay warm as I waited for them to remake the pies and they refused. Worst customer service experience I have ever had at restaurant. Do not ever go here, and patronize this business.

Delivery service completely unreliable—either it shows up cold on the floor of your apartment lobby, or it doesn’t show up at all. Sab customer service is no better: First I was told to contact the Slice app when our pizza didn’t arrive, and only after pushing back did they say they’d try to fix it. They didn’t fix it, the pizza never arrived, and they didn’t care one way or the other. This has happened three times. Moving on 🍕

Went there near the end of the evening while visiting some friends. Not sure if the staff was having a bad day, still an 1.5 hours till close. Ordered 4 pizza’s but received attitude and poor service. Left that place with a bad taste, giving it 2 stars all the way around

Great pizza. Best in town, in fact. Not worth the wait, though.

I ordered a pizza through their website & I asked for the driver to call me when he's outside. He didn't call, left the food on the floor & the pizza got cold.

Took my money off my card from one wash and the supervisor refused to give me management information stating " it isn't allowed " that is super ridiculous and I will make sure this is justified

Solid slice. Great neighborhood pizza if you live in the area. Nice thin slice with a great taste. No need to add any seasoning. Only critique is that it is super greasy. My plain slice had enough oil/grease on the plate, you’d think I had a pepperoni slice. However, that’s not deterring me from going back for more pizza. 7.7 out of 10.

I guess this has been a long time coming...

I have been a big fan and supporter of Sabatino's since day one. Early on I genuinely thought the pizza was legit—meaning that someone (Sab) knew what they were doing, making good dough, good sauce, properly cooked pies, etc. I even argued with friends that I believed it was the best "by the slice" place around—I mean, it was no Santillo's or Joe & Pat's but for a local pizza spot it was reliable and a good quality slice or pie.

Over the last few years I started to notice a decline with consistently undercooked pies, fluctuation in quality, a ton of flour all over the crust, ever changing in proportions, etc. but I chalked it up to post-Covid challenges.

Today I stopped in to get a couple plain slices and they were basically unrecognizable and inedible. The "crust" was super floppy—like, not really a crust—and the cheese?... there was literally a quarter pound of cheese combined over two slices. A quarter pound! And the cheese didn't move—it was somehow congealed and hot at the same time!?!

You might be asking yourself how I knew how much cheese there was and it is a fair question. And the answer is because when I got home I peeled it all off (I said it was inedible) and weighed it on my digital scale—just for fun.

It really does make me sad to write this as I have been holding out hope that Sab's would right the ship but at this point I don't think it's going to. The high school kids aren't going to care and your average customer probably won't notice... but I can say with certainty that the pizza at Sabatino's is not good. It is pretty much on par with Maplewood Pizzeria and Roman Gourmet—neither of which I'd get even if they were the only game in town. Sigh.

I had a few slices of the margarita pizza and it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. This place doesn’t disappoint!
