Slow and rude. Never get our drinks right, maybe if you lower the music you can hear what I’m asking for

I often come to cafes to work. The only issue with this one is it’s a bit run down. The seats are peeling. Not all that cozy for working. But worse it’s freezing in here. I come out of my way to bypass this location. Never had any issues with my food order or the staff, it’s just too cold in here. Even in the summer.

As always, the Starbucks concept of maintaining quality standards prevails in this Maplewood store. The place is on a corner facing the park next to the station. A place that stands out for the grandeur of the store in the region. A very comfortable outdoor area with a beautiful view of the surroundings that attracts visitors. The interior is super spacious, giving guests peace of mind. Regarding the environment and service, it is super qualified, maintaining the Starbucks standard.

I am a regular customer at this Starbucks location and usually place a mobile order. Today in particular, my daughter placed a grande iced beverage inside with the barista. There was a Caucasian mother and daughter who walked in after us and placed their orders, yet they STILL received both of their venti iced beverages before my daughter's singular beverage. I was appalled by their service and will now drive out of my way and take my business elsewhere to a more respectable and professional location.

Super bad experience! One of the employees took my order and I thought that he was going to start making it, since I was the only one. Unfortunately the employee started doing all type of cleaning. Didn’t say nothing about but it seems that this guy was totally high or in some stuff. After waiting 10 mins he remembered he had to do something. Starbucks its just losing reputation. They would need better employees or do something about this type of people.

This location has a nice atmosphere, but I can’t count the number of times that the system has been down or they are out of a key ingredient (e.g., coffee). I’ve had to turn around and leave more than once.

it is normally closed whenever it’s supposed to be open, for example me and my daughter when today to get a morning wake up treat and some coffee at 9:34 am and here we are waiting in the rain because it’s closed even though it says 6:00 am to 6:30 pm,

I still think Starbucks whole bean coffees are exceptional for your home brewing. Get a good medium roast like Pikes Peak or Yukon, have them grind it "course" for a metal gold-tone filter, and take it home. I use three scoops of coffee for one mug, which is equal to two cups. Enjoy.

Very nice Starbucks. I came here to wait for friends before dinner plans and decided to work from the Starbucks. The train parking lot is free to park in but there is also street parking.Many tables to sit at.

Seriously don't bother going here in the morning. 30+ minute wait for a cup of tea. Either figure out how to staff it properly, start prioritizing walk-ins instead of piling up a garbage dump of abandoned mobile orders, or just stop taking walk in orders. Taking someone's order next to a train station without letting them know that it's going to be over 30 minutes to get a simple drink is just unacceptable for a business like this.

The customer service was great! The manager was very helpful with what drink to get! (It was so good). It is the best Starbucks in the area 5/5 stars.

Took over 40 minutes for my drink to be made. I placed a mobile order at 8:15 with the estimated finished time for 8:26. Arrived to the store at 8:30, got my food in around 8:35 but still had to wait longer for my drink. I saw a guy order the same guy as me at the store a get his drink within 5 mini while I still was waiting. After it hit 8:55 I left without the even getting my drink. Usually my mobile order only take around 10-15 minutes but every time I place an order on Tuesday, it always take a ridiculous long time to get anything.
