When I come in this restaurant, I really feel the atmosphere of the people and the food. The menu is so exotic to me. The way some of the most healthiest things can be rearranged and put together that has a good taste and is extremely healthy for you. I love that I recommend this to anyone. Even the grilled cheese?It's something like I never tasted before

Very literally the best Peruvian food in New Jersey. My wife is Peruvian and I have been to Peru 4 times. This is the most authentic Llomo Saltado I have ever had. Please, please, please, try this place! You will not regret it! ?

My husband and I recently ate lunch here for the first time, and I really can’t rave highly enough about the quality of the food. He ordered a chicken bowl; I ordered the fish sandwich. My meal was a work of art: Incredibly fresh ingredients beautifully prepared, and so much food that I took half home for lunch the next day. The fish was fresh and flaky. The fried tomato was a stunning costar. The slaw and sauces were in perfect proportion.

The owner gave us a complimentary serving of yucca fries that were incredibly fresh and perfectly crisp- and we’ve eaten yucca fries many a time at one of NYC’s beloved Peruvian chains, which doesn’t hold a candle to the quality of ingredients here.

While the atmosphere is casual and relaxed, the quality of the food is artisanal, the most special meal we’ve had in a long time. What a treasure for Springfield avenue! Go eat there, please :)

Omg, when I say this sandwich is bussing! Hot gooey, cheesy, plenty of meat, buttery, definitely going again!! Called in the order food was hot and ready! The staff was nice and attentive. Very clean inside!

This place is great! The girl we ordered with was so sweet and gave us great recommendations.

The yucca fries were probably the best I ever had and the fish sandwich was awesome. Would definitely recommend!!

Very richly flavored and delicious sandwiches. Good bread. Definitely an asset to Maplewood. There's a public parking lot behind it on prospect. Very convenient.

First time visit and I received great service from the door. I’m a very particular person and ask a lot of questions. They were friendly and attentive made great suggestions and adapted for my tastes. Shrimp Causa is delicious. Thanks I will be back ☺️

I looooove this place! Everything is delicious and the portions are huge!! Honestly the best chicken empanada you’ll ever have!!

The food is absolutely delicious. The restaurant has a very modern and eye-catching layout, especially the wall designs and arcade machine. The workers and especially the owner have been friendly each time. The food gets prepared very quickly, so if you're trying to fit in a lunch order you'll be good. What's there not to love about a place that puts this kind of effort in? Also, modern Peruvian restaurants are rare so make sure to support them if you want them to stay in Maplewood!

Fantastic! The food was incredibly good. We had the carne asada and pollo ala brasa sandwiches and the poutine. The owner is from Montreal so you know the poutine was amazing!

Phenomenal food & free vintage video games!!! Chef was friendly, gave us samples, and super informative. I took the pollo a la brasa bowl to-go and was astounded by the layers of flavors and textures. The sauces on the side were flavor bombs that complimented but didn’t overwhelm. I can’t wait to go back for the Carne Asada sandwich. Bravo ??????
