I really like this place. The ice cream flavors include classic family favorites. Customer service is good, and they are careful about allergies. Most of the negative reviews seem to focus on the fact that this place doesn't make its own ice cream. I have never found that to be a problem. Their ice cream is always fresh and full of flavor. The portions are generous, and they are reasonably priced.

Not a homemade ice cream shop. This is a Hershey's Ice Cream shop. This is a bit of a smaller shop vs others also on brand. The selection is a bit limited vs. other comparable shops with the same brand.The shop is quite small and crowded, with the line out the door.The inside could use some better organization/line management.Servers were friendly enough.Prices are on point with most other local ice cream shops.Absolutely fine as the main option in the village. Not a place I'd go out of my way for, as there are many other places serving homemade ice cream, and many other Hershey joints that have a more abundant selection and are more spacious.
