I had their Haitian spaghetti it was soooo delicious and their papaya smoothie 😋 #bussin. I dined in, and the placemat is bamboo…(how cute) I felt like I was in a Chinese restaurant (🫢)

The oxtail and fish I would definitely recommend! The flavor is too good.
I haven’t had anything else from here but so far this is my favorite Haitian restaurant to order from.

’ve ordered from this restaurant several times, and unfortunately, the service has been extremely inconsistent. There have been instances where I ordered specific items only to receive substitutions I never requested. On other occasions, the quality of the food was noticeably downgraded. It’s incredibly frustrating to never know what to expect. I would recommend trying another Haitian restaurant if you’re looking for reliable service and consistent quality.

The service can improve significantly. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order I was informed that they don't have my item, and was instructed to take an entirely different item. They proceeded to take my money and not provide me a refund.

Very good experience at Woulibam Restaurant. The service and menu are pretty good and the food comes out very quickly, so no waiting terribly long for your entree. Def recommend for some good Haitian food in a great environment.

Best authentic black rice. The owner Joanne was real sweet and accommodating. The legumes, conch, papaya and homemade lemonade were all delicious. Although we live in Maryland we will definitely will be back for more.

Great great food but it takes a long time. I live an hour away so I usually order while on the highway so that it's ready by the time I get there

The quality of food is always great. But they always mess up my order. I think because of the language barrier. I had my friend call and order my food today because they speak creole and my order was still wrong. I ordered legume and got something else with goat.
I DO NOT eat goat. Next time, call and ask what I would want, rather than putting anything in my plate.

This restaurant is very unprofessional and the owner is very rude. Their prices change many times for the same dishes. One week it’s $20 and the following week it’s $25. They take forever to prepare the food. Over the phone they’ll tell you it’ll take 25 mins so you show up in 25 minutes and you still have to wait 40 minutes when you get there. They are very stingy with the portion of food they give you but it’s very expensive. I would not recommend this spot to anyone and i’m haitian.
