Don’t recommend the Northfield location. Don’t listen to customers. Mess up orders. Don’t give what customers what paid for then try to place them on customers for their own mistakes! Have messed up orders MULTIPLE times! Would rather take the extra drive to Manhattan Bagel in Mays Landing! ✌🏼

I will NEVER return to the Northfield, NJ location! I ordered over the phone (with a female) Egg & CHEDDAR cheese on a plain toasted bagel. I arrive, pick it up, go to my car and get ready to eat it. I see there’s white cheese, which I don’t like. I go back in and let the cashier know (female). She tells the cook. I hear her ask him if I said cheddar cheese, he mumbles something, and she said “No?” I correct both of them and let them know that I did say cheddar cheese, I’m always very specific. Mind you I don’t understand why she’s asking him because I’m assuming SHE’S the one who took the order since she was the only female in there at the time. They give me a sandwich and I leave. As I’m driving I open the sandwich and realize instead of making a new sandwich like I ordered it they gave me the same sandwich back just added cold cheddar slices to it, not melted and leaving the white cheese behind. I don’t like the flavor of white cheese! I had to scrape it off with a napkin, but could still taste it. I wanted to turn back and get my money back but I was running late to an appointment! The time before this the cheddar cheese was not me,Ted with but decided to give them another chance…. Big mistake! 2 strikes, not going for a third. Absolutely, lazy and disgraceful. Will NEVER go back there again. I may never go back to any of the Hot Bagels and More if these are the type of employees they have! PS: I ALWAYS order the exact same thing, I know they have my orders on record because I once called to order, gave my phone number and the girl TOLD ME what I wanted based on my past orders so I know they know what I liked. I’ll just drive out to Mays Landing to Manhattan Bagel.

The only thing that prevents this from being 5 stars is the lack of coffee options, so if your a coffee snob or want an americano or a latte your out of luck and will have to make a second stop. They do have some drip coffee which was horrible.

Ordered bagels, cream cheese, and lox for friend/family recovering from surgery. No cream cheese & lox arrived.
Called from opposite coast, spoke to Diana. AMAZING customer service! Delivered cream cheese & lox within an hour.
Recommend for that reason alone and am sure they’re delicious!

Great place. They have a few spots. The one in Margate closer to "Lucy" makes breakfast sandwiches to order, the one closer to the start of Margate (closer to Jerome Ave) does not. Great call ahead place..

3 main points to go over

Food is ok, delicious variety of bagels; however, I would have enjoyed it better served hot.

Customer service, needs a change asap. For an online order, the employee that is outside handling orders could really use a more positive interaction with customers.

The third point, I wouldn't know how to categorize this. I ordered 2 toasted bagels online and had a 30 minute ETA. I arrived there 15 minutes early and the food was already cold. I also got a text an hour after the estimated time that the order was ready, 75 minutes after I had already picked it up.

Amazing food!!! Everything is excellent!! 9.00 for a side of home fries on Uber eats is a excessive for that small side you get, but I just won’t order them. Other than that, their sandwiches are excellent. They are $10 for a small takeout container size when you order through Uber Eats I am not sure if the restaurant is even aware of this or if this is actually the price because if so, this cost more than a side of breakfast meat and a dollar less than the cost of a breakfast sandwich.

The staff here were quite nice and inviting, came here after a doctor’s appointment. Menu was kind of confusing, but made my way through. Outdoor ?dining? was nice, the tables & chairs swing a little though. Pretty large portion for Margate, and for ~$5 I’m happy?

i go here a lot to get a bacon egg and cheese and i always run into little hairs of dust on my bagels. don’t get me wrong they’re really good bagels and sandwiches it just always grosses me out that they have little dust hairs on them. literally every single time. i think they need to start enclosing the bagels in like containers or something because they’re out in the open all day long.

They have the best bagels at the shore. But they botch the order 50% of the time. Off-season without the summer chaos does nothing to improve the careless service. Ordering and not checking the order before leaving is rolling the dice. When you call to tell them the order is wrong, they are accommodating but the inconvenience is never addressed with a compensatory offer. If someone could produce the same quality bagels, it would instantly succeed if they got the orders right 75% of the time.

I’ve been coming here since 2011, at first I really loved it but i’ve noticed as the years have gone that the staff is getting rude. The food is still good but they really need to work on customer service.
