Margate offers many great places to eat, but this is by far one of my favorites. The staff are great and very attentive. If you are a fan of sushi you have your pick of an extensive menu. But if you're just looking for some great Italian food, you will not be disappointed. I had an amazing pork tenderloin that was amazingly tender and flavorful. So much to explore and enjoy from this menu.

I hate having to write this review, but I have to. I've never had such an overpriced and poor quality meal. The wine and dirty martini were great, as were the bartenders! And the french fries were delicious. But the burger was overdone, covered in ketchup, the bun was mealy and gummy. The pad thai was the worst pad thai I've ever had... the egg in it tasted like an overcooked thick omelet. The sauce barely had any flavor. The carrots were hard and seemed likely previously frozen. For $26, it felt like highway robbery! Sadly we won't be coming back to Tomatoes, at least not until they have a new chef!
The food was not to my liking . The shrimp cocktail was like rubber you can tell it was frozen and not fresh. My steak I ordered it medium rare and it came back well done then had to ask for it to be cooked again but they got it right the second time but for 55$ it should have been cooked correctly the first time . The wedge salad was okay but the bacon was not crumbled and was extremely salty they just gave you big pieces which I have never experienced . I say go to Ruth Chris or STK or even McCormicks in Harrahs any one of those would be better than this . The price point and the food don’t match . For the price point everything should be fresh and without issue . The drinks were good and the bartenders are very friendly the hostess was very sweet my issue was with the chef and the quality of the food that didn’t meet the mark .Other than that I give this place a 5 out of 10 but that is just my opinion try it and formulate your own .
