Ventura's Greenhouse Restaurant

As a party of two we came here for our 5th anniversary and it was wonderful. We had the chicken parmesan and veal parmesan dinners, I chose to upgrade to a Caesar salad. Everything was delicious!! Our server was polite and knowledgeable on the menu. Our night was perfect.

Excellent food - Baked Clams, Lobster Bisque and Veal Marsala were spectacular...Our waitress Victoria was the best!! Great service!!

The specials can be very delicious! The fancy dining room is part of a pizza deck and a beach/music deck.

As always, our meal was terrific! My husband ate the mussels and I ordered the broccoli rabe and sausage appetizer. The portions are enormous as well as delicious! Our server Victoria couldn't have been better, she's a gem!

Please do not come here. Awful food! Chicken tenders are absolutely disgusting! I got the pizza as well and I thought I was eating a cardboard box that delivery pizzas usually come in. The only thing that I could eat with the mozzarella sticks. But those are hard to screw up!

I'm never disappointed this restaurant and I've been going since they originally opened. There's always an extensive menu and it's hard to make a choice. One of my favorites is the crab cakes with the amazing lobster sauce. The hostess and the waitstaff couldn't be nicer.

We both ordered 3 apps for our meal. First round came out relatively quickly. Second round-salad- was served about 45 min after we finished the first round and was disappointing- the “seafood salad special” was topped with TUNA FISH. We never got the final course bc we left after waiting another 30 min with no server in sight. We did not have a great experience a couple years ago but decided to give it another try- we regret that decision. We will be sticking to the patio bar only going forward.

The Service, from getting a hostess to help my 90-year-old mother-in-law into and upstairs in their crazy elevator, to the restaurant servers and busboys, was outstanding. The Food. Not so much. Kitchen service was a bit slow after 9 pm, when there were only 3 dining room tables occupied (and the other two was finishing their cocktails and desserts). The three of us ordered off the menu -- no specials -- and the two chicken dishes were extremely bland. Bland? In an Italian restaurant that's upscale fine dining? I mean, $45 for roasted chicken with tasteless polenta ? Fail. Chicken dipped in egg batter and topped with crab? Bland. We won't return to the Fine Dining section again, but they have a downstairs "pizza and sandwiches" bar-restaurant that very casual and we've had better meals downstairs. Sorry Vinny, but your fine dining cooks should return to the pizza shop and hire real chefs at those prices!

our service was very good and the main course also...but must say the Caesar salad was VERY small...just lettuce and a little cheese with no croutons...was disappointed...

We enjoyed a great evening at Ventura's as the menu and beverage options were terrific. Our servers were exceptionally friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Our experience was simply outstanding. We had an extraordinary meal, were exceptionally taken care of by our server, and were greeted and made to feel at home by host, manager and owner alike. Thank you; we'll be returning soon.

Going to Ventura's Greenhouse is always a treat! The food is excellent, The ambience is beautiful, it's got a great vibe, and Nicole and Andrew and their staff make it feel like Home.

We began with a drink at the bar and were greeted by the owner who graciously bought us a drink. The hostess seated us earlier than our reservation time. Table service was impeccable, our meal was excellent, wine list is impressive, the coconut sorbet dessert was off the charts. Definitely will return for a repeat performance soon.

Our server was fantastic! She highly praised the restaurant and the kitchen. Our food was exceptional and very well worth the money.

We love it here. So much that we're having our entire immediate family celebrate my husband's 80th birthday with a dinner. Hopefully, we'll have Delaney as a waitress. She's the best!!
