Horrible, horrible, horrible. I placed an order on a Thursday afternoon w/ overnight Shipping. They emailed me shortly after saying they could get it to me on Saturday or Monday. I responded, Saturday would be great but need it my Monday at the latest. All day Monday, I have been contacting them trying to get a tracking number or an update. They kept saying that they are trying to get in touch with the manufacturer. At 3:50PM, they contacted me saying that its sitting with the manufacturer and I will receive it 'tomorrow'. A HUGE inconvenience for me, but I said fine but refund me the overnight shipping I paid for. his response was "you can cancel the order". NO, I am not getting the service that I paid for, that is THEIR problem, not mine. We agreed on terms when the order was placed and they failed to meet those terms, but want to give me a hard time to fix it and have me, the customer deal with their failure. This is the textbook, #1 way lose a customer.

would agree with AC worst service .. did not want to take responsibility for Jura ENA 4 that cup platform not flush with machine cost $80 to ship .. they said it was fine and would refund.. had bought our first Jura from 1st in coffee and filters etc as I said 1st in coffee.. LAST IN SERVICE

Our Rancilio Sylvia M V6 Espresso Machine popped and then began smoking. We had our previous machine like this for over 15 years with no problems. I called the customer service phone and got an older gentleman who yelled at me on the phone, saying he didn't like to say things twice. He was yelling on the phone and was very short with me. Seems like a most unhappy individual. It is too bad, but I would not recommend this company to anyone. This individual ruined what I thought about this company! Beware!

We received an item that was damaged during shipment. They initially offered to replace the part, but due to the machine they graciously agreed to return the item. The staff have been in constant communication n the return status. I would highly recommend using them for all high end coffee machine purchases.

I have purchased, at least four Jura espresso machines from this business. I have purchased for friends, my offices, and my homes.The customer service is stellar. The recommendations have all been solid. I have bought three Jura E8 machines and I’ve had zero problems with all three machines. The latest Jura E8 arrived with a small crack in the plastic reservoir. I called, and received a new reservoir within 2 business days. Unbelievably Fast.Many years ago, my first Jura machine needed serviced. The service was very quick and very professional.I won’t buy from box stores or malls.

Just received my Jura D6 super automatic at my cabin in Idaho and am beyond thrilled. Arrived in just a couple days, free shipping, no sales tax, perfect condition, works flawlessly. I already own a Jura at my main home but have been using a Nespresso here and grew tired of $135/month coffee pods (2 people, several cups a day). This machine will pay for itself 8n just a few months. Thank you!

Made the mistake once of going to a big online source for a machine - not again. These folks know the coffee business, stand behind products sold and ensure a happy final result. They sold me a defective rancilio silvia espresso machine and told me I had to ship it back to NJ. after telling me it wasn't defective. I highly recommend buying one directly from the company and not here. Save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. No stars wasn't an option. They ripped me off!

I felt I was bothering the male owner by asking questions about the two different espresso machines I was interested in. All I wanted was some basic information as to why he preferred Jura vs DeLonghi. He was short and rude, so I spent $1,500 at Costco (AMAZING deals).

I received a defective coffee machine and was surprised to learn I had to pay for shipping to return it. More suprised at the UPS store when I heard that returning the machine was going to cost me $45. Half the cost of the coffee maker itself. I emailed the owner and requested a refund of the cost of return. It is not my fault I received a non-working coffee maker but apparently the company takes no responsibility. Just acts as middle man for Capresso coffee makers. I encourage would-be buyers to look elsewhere as you may get a lemon and pay for it anyway. I still don't have a refund so thus far out about $150 for nothing but a waste of my time and frustrations. Now I see the many reviews complaining of the same thing. Wish I'd seen them before. I'll try writing the Better Business Bureau as well.

Worst customer service. Rude, not helpful and bad attitude. Don't order online either because they don't welcome returns and don't provide return shipping label or make it easy for their customer.

Buyer beware!!!!! Purchased a refurbished Jura ENA Micro 9 from this company. It was dead out of the box...Jura sent me a replacement one from their so called service facility in Manheim,PA called Bates Enterprises. This is where all refurbs come from and Jura needs to change facilities because the replacement stopped working after 3 weeks...Error code 2. I emailed Jura and they cannot send me a replacement so I have to get it repaired through Bates!!! Awesome idea Jura!! I called the gentleman from 1st in Coffee and told him that his website states that all refurbished machines are in perfect working condition and asked him what the f... does that mean and that it is false advertising and deceptive. He said, enough with the curse words and hung up on me. Do not buy from this company and definitely do not buy a refurbished Jura...you might as well flush your money down the toilet. I am a Jura fan though, I own two of them but they were brand new...J6 and ENA Micro 1

I never received the items I paid for. USPS stated that the label was created, but the item never shipped. The customer service was horrible. The man was very rude. Each time the response from the representative was unprofessional. I had the same representative each interaction. The company will not refund my money. As a company that represent a high end company like Jura, I expected better care.
