I have purchased, at least four Jura espresso machines from this business. I have purchased for friends, my offices, and my homes.The customer service is stellar. Just received my Jura D6 super automatic at my cabin in Idaho and am beyond thrilled. Arrived in just a couple days, free shipping, no sales tax, perfect condition, works flawlessly. I already own a Jura at my main home but have been using a Nespresso here and grew tired of $135/month coffee pods (2 people, several cups a day). This machine will pay for itself 8n just a few months. Thank you!

We received an item that was damaged during shipment. They initially offered to replace the part, but due to the machine they graciously agreed to return the item.
