I was most impressed by Jim at 1st.
He was polite, patient, and he answered all my questions. The machine arrived within a few days in 100% perfect condition. This is an authorized Jura dealer for the last 22+ years. I called Jura Inc. and they confirmed this. Jura Inc. wasn't anywhere near as helpful as 1st! The actual manufacturer! I feel comfortable dealing with this company and look forward to doing business with them again for coffee and supplies.“

“I've not been to a DD for 5 years since the ice coffee taste like water with milk. I was pleasantly surprised by the ice coffee. Not great, but acceptable. I also notice they now have nitro also. I may stop back in again when I get the chance again.“

“First time at Mind The Gap Coffee! I drove 30 minutes to try their coffee and matcha, and both iced lattes were 10/10 😋. I also grabbed an almond croissant for my mom, and she loved it! The café has super cute aesthetics. Though it was a bit pricey—$26 for two drinks and a croissant—but totally worth the drive. I’ll definitely be back! 💕“
