So on a trip up to NY a couple days ago, we finally got the chance to stop in on our way up the Parkway. This place is amazing! This beautifully-decorated coffee house had some of THE best coffee I've ever had in my entire life. I got TWO lattes while I was there (a French Vanilla and a Honey Almond). My family and I also got the chicken pesto sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. My daughter had an iced chai tea latte and loved it. DEFINITELY get to this place if at all possible! We were lucky enough to get parking right outside, and walked in to be pleasantly surprised by the esthetic vibe. I have a Gaggia Classic and could never make an espresso drink as good as the Jura. AND its fully automatic. It's truly impressive. Before pulling the trigger, I called some dealers. I was most impressed by Jim at 1st.
He was polite, patient, and he answered all my questions. The machine arrived within a few days in 100% perfect condition. This is an authorized Jura dealer for the last 22+ years. I called Jura Inc. and they confirmed this. Jura Inc. wasn't anywhere near as helpful as 1st! The actual manufacturer! I feel comfortable dealing with this company and look forward to doing business with them again for coffee and supplies.“
