Dunkin' is a place where the staff, especially Alex Burke, goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, even dealing with difficult customers with patience and a smile. The manager and employees are efficient and get things done quickly without any mistakes. However, there were cleanliness issues in the ladies bathroom, which was a downside to the experience. The ham and Swiss croissant was not as filling as expected, leading to a decision not to reorder it. Despite some shortcomings, Dunkin' is a reliable spot where orders are accurate, and the staff strive to make the customer experience pleasant.
