“Turning Point is a GREAT place for breakfast or brunch. They close at 2 so I haven’t visited for lunch yet. The food is excellent, the decor is modern a bright, and the service is top notch. They have plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. I appreciate that the manager stopped by our table to make sure we had a pleasant experience. We did! This particular location is byob, so our bill was very affordable!!This is my go-to spot for brunch. Cheers y’all!“
“The coffee is good, but what they call “New Orleans style” is not really.New Orleans style coffee is more than just adding chicory. It’s a cafe au lait - aka coffee with warmed milk. You shouldn’t call it “New Orleans style” coffee if you don’t know that that is.“
“Excellent coffee!Excellent coffee!Did I mention they have excellent coffee!?Tried the jersey blend, their lighter roast of three drip blends. Very fruity, rich and pleasantly drinkable black. Also tried Neon, described as a quad shot with 4oz of steamed milk. Very rich and complex, real or imaged notes of dark chocolate.“
“this dunkin SLAYS. the workers are always so so nice!! i come here almost everyday before work. the drinks are very good here, but the food is only good in the morning. parking is never usually too full! easy to get back onto highway as well :)“
“Wow, the food was fantastic, prepared to perfection with quality fresh ingredients, the Poblano Molé was amazing, as was the lime cake for dessert, Michael who was taking care of us for dinner was attentive, personable and welcoming. Best in “
“Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about coffee, and has a wide variety of offerings at his shop. He told me that he experiments with different brewing methods (e.g. conical filter, flat filter, hybrid immersion drippers) for each coffee to ensure that every cup of coffee served is the best that it can be.As a former barista and coffee roaster, I can confidently say that Brandon puts more thought and care into each drink than the vast majority of cafes in NJ.I would highly recommend Brew Coffee Bar to anyone looking for a good coffee experience, but especially for people who will appreciate Brandon's extreme dedication to his craft.“
“I don’t often leave reviews, but this cafe is a must try! The atmosphere and staff are pleasant and relaxed. You order at the register, and help yourself to seating of your choice. The food is amazing — with breakfast and lunch options available. Highly recommend the signature lattes (we got coco loco and white chocolate tiramisu). The cinnamon rolls are out of this world! We’ll be back, for sure!“
“I came to the establishment early as I was working in the area I ended up bringing home a bunch of different things home for my wife who is from Honduras. She loved everything I bought and two days later we went back she loaded up on nearly everything they had and I can definitely say we found our new spot to eat and cater from. The staff was extremely eager to help with all the questions we had all I can say is if you’re in the area give this spot a try you won’t regret it.Kid-friendliness: We had our 4 year old son the kind women gave my son a lollipop that made his time there a lot more fun“
“When you first walk in you immediately notice a wonderful smell , it's hard to walk away. Luckily for us there was no wait but I've been told there usually is and I can see why , plus the space is not that big. This cozy little spot won over a customer today. I loved that they have a bakery with freshly baked goodies that you can take to go. My husband and daughter sat right next to their book shelf and to our surprise they had toddler books that entertained my 3 year old while we waited for our meal . I ordered the log cabin latte to start , the waiter recommended it and it was delicious , also very interesting . It's a latte with a smoked espresso bacon on it, don't ask me why but it works - it gives the latte an amazing smokey flavor and it tastes great (featured in my pictures) . To eat my husband and I shared their blueberry pancakes , they were sold out of the pumpkin pancakes (guess I'll have to come back ) the pancakes were good. I also ordered the avocado toast with an over easy egg and it was great. My husband had the torta and he enjoyed it. I've got to say we enjoyed ourselves and plan to come back . I wish I had space for a pastry but I'll get that next time.“
“Booskerdoo Middletown donated hot chocolate for our local elementary school holiday event. It was such a hit! The kids loved the cocoa (peppermint and regular, mmmm) and it added such a special touch to the PTO organized family evening. Booskerdoo in general is great, but the Middletown location takes it a step beyond with their generosity, kind service, and personal touch from Jeff, the owner, who is almost always there making sure everything is running smoothly! You won’t get this type of caring and desire to be a part of the local community from just any coffee spot!Kid-friendliness: Great location for kids and a business that cares about the local community!“
“I've eaten at the Rise n Shine on occasion and find it's no frills local hometown vibe inviting. I prefer sitting at the counter old school and watching the traffic go by as I enjoy a delicious omlette. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and the food is excellent.“
“Donuts were great. Ordered some standard donuts for a party, they were awesome. They accommodated our color scheme and made some personalized donuts. They were very fresh and tasty. Can’t wait to go back and try the other more adventurous donuts they have, everything looked and smelled delicious.“
“I love this place. It’s a welcoming, charming environment. The staff is friendly, polite and fast. They have a cool outdoor space you can enjoy on a sunny day and sometimes listen to the music of a local musician while enjoying your food and drink. I only partake in the coffee and it’s my favorite place in town, among several good options. Keep being awesome, CC!“
“My favorite breakfast/brunch location. There's often a long wait, so I guess a lot of people agree with me, but it is well worth the wait. The food is prepared perfectly, the portions are large, the coffee is great, the service is quick and friendly, and prices for all that are quite reasonable.I love this place! We were among the earliest customers on this, their 1st day of reopening, following a month closure for renovations in both the kitchen and dining areas. The food was excellent (as usual), the service was the same high standard we have come to enjoy, the prices remain competitive, and the new look is modern & refreshing. This is still my favorite breakfast/brunch place.“
“I have loved this place since the original in Little Silver when they were lunch and a small dinner venue. They had the best homemade soup. Now that they have expanded and our primarily breakfast and lunch the are still amazing. And I've been to multiple....Toms River, Long Branch, Sea Girt, Cherry Hill, etc. Consistent no matter which one you go to. And the coffee is amazing too. I love my French presses!“
“My husband and I love this place!! We worked with the owner Sam to cater coffee and speciality drinks for our wedding in 2022. She went above and beyond for us. I only have nice things to say about California Coffee Co. Amazing coffee, drinks, candles, etc! My favorite drink is the Pumpkin La Jolla and my husband loves the Lavender Lemonade. 1000000/10 for this place!“
“Great coffee and food. Their coffee doesn't have that burnt taste that a lot of shops have and their flavored lattes are delicious and not overly sugary. The jersey burrito and egg and cheese sandwich are delicious. Favorite coffee shop in the area.Parking: Free parking lot in the back of the building.“
“This place is great. My only complaints are feeling overwhelmed by the menu and not having coffee syups. I got three donuts, and the Queen B donuts were both innovative and amazing. It made me wish I had gotten more. The staff were very friendly and kind, helping me navigate the menu as well as the patient. The coffee was solid. Can't wait to come back and get more donuts.“
“They were very attentive. Staff was amazing. They answered questions and helped me immediately. Besides the macaroons, the tarts, the cookies, and the quiche, the fruit parfait that I got was probably the best that I ever ate in my entire life. No lie!“
“Small cafe/diner offering breakfast and lunch. Nice menu offering a good variety. Tasty omelettes and sandwich options. We last visited on a Sunday and the place was quite busy, but seating was available after a short 5 minute waitThis place gets quite busy on the weekends. Meter parking available.“
“Just stopped in to grab their soup and some ice cream.I couldn't decide on just one soup so I got 2, the vegetable & lobster bisque and they are both so good. The flavors are delicious, the amount & variety of vegetables in the veggie soup are perfect. The lobster bisque it was a great portion of soup & lobster. Also, I've had there ice cream several times but always go back for my favorite Almond Joy.Their staff is always welcoming and pleasant too every time.Love this little gem in Keyport.“
“Have lived in NJ for almost 25 years. This is by far THE BEST pork roll egg and cheese I have had in the state. The way Johnny assembles this sandwich is perfection. Every bite you take from one of his sandwiches literally gets better as you are finishing it. From the fresh rolls, and freshly sliced pork roll to a perfectly cooked egg with just the right amount of cheese and SPK to hold it together. I can literally say as I took a bite from this sandwich my exact words were “WOW”. I’ll be coming at least once a week from Belmar just to get my fix. Keep killing it Johnny this place is awesome!“
“Really good donuts. I get Too Good to Go from here all the time. If you’re considering trying, go for it. You won’t be disappointed. You get four random donuts with it and they’re always good. The maple bacon and chocolate donuts are my favorites but everything I’ve tried from here is good. Def try the Too Good to Go app for this place because it’s more than worth it. They have a huge selection of donuts“
“These donuts are delicious but they really need to update their hours on Google and their sign. I just drove 45 mins from Tom’s River because it said they were open. Got here and they were closed even though the hours on the door said they should be open as well as on Google. I’m very disappointed :(“
“People might think Meemoms is all about those 'dessert' breakfasts. But their breakfast bowls are awesome, especially the vegetarian one called The Farmhouse. A $1 upcharge for sourdough toast? Not a highlight of my visit. You might call it a 'sour' note!“
“We ordered 3 pumpkin style cold brews! Each were $5 and this place is amazing. They don't charge extra for milk replacements. Go ahead and order your almond, oat milk or more! They got busier as we were waiting for our order. They sell merchandises like sweaters, cups and etc. Super cute! FYI the coffee is a little strong and typically it doesnt come sweetened- must ask for it!“
“From classic Diner favorites to updated menu items, South Side 35 is a perfect choice if you're looking for a place that will satisfy any craving. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. You will feel comfortable and right at home.“
“I love this cozy spot in the main downtown of South Amboy. Their coffee and breakfast sandwiches are good, which is exactly what I needed. The Java Dave's special is my perfect order with pork roll (or bacon), egg and cheese with a hash brown. The girls working there are very sweet and attentive. Check it out if you're in the area.Parking: There's street parking, but you normally don't have to park far if you can parallel park.“
“A nice coffee shop on Broad Street in Red Bank. There is a lot of space and is a great place to park yourself and work. The space is bright and comfortable to relax in. They offer a variety of simple eats, baked goods and coffee beverages. They have specials like gingerbread latte. For some holiday cheer The staff is friendly and very helpful.“
“This café truly has it all! From top-notch customer service to a beautiful and inviting atmosphere, it checks all the boxes for a fantastic experience. The vibrant colors and cozy ambience create a warm and welcoming feeling that is simply delightful. The espresso machines are a must-try, and the sandwiches are delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive vibe of the place. If you're looking for a café that excels in every aspect, look no further – this place is a gem! Treat yourself to a wonderful experience that you won't forget.“
“My go to coffee spot whenever I visit Red Bank. The family I stay with try to take me to starbies and I MAKE THEM go to Rook. The staff were patient with my boomers who didn't understand the menu. I like that it's an in and out kinda place. Get your Joe and bounce! Rook crew, you RULE!!“
“Solid coffees. I usually get the Turkish coffee when I am in town because it is so good and can't stand drinking out of the family Keurig. Baristas are awesome, down to earth and upbeat! Wish they had some condensed milk just for us Vietnamese coffee buffs. A must visit in Manalapan NJ !“
“Really good food, their sandwiches are genuinely amazing. The only complaint I have is that their fries kinda suck, most of the time they're pretty soggy and don't have much flavor, it mostly just tastes like a bag of store bought fries that they reheat and add on the side.“
“Highly recommend this place !!!This place is amazing! They offered the best coffee and juices which ı like most Monmouth Power It has carrot, pineapple, orange and ginger.Always the best attitude to its costumers. I just want to keep coming back to this place.???“
“This Starbucks location is great! Large parking lot and store with plenty of space for working or studying. All seats have outlets, and the tables even have hooks underneath for your bags! The seating is comfortable and the tables are always clean. The staff is nice here, and the drinks always come out quickly. The drive through is also fast, and unlike some locations, won't block in all parking spots if the line is long. This is a great location if you're looking for a good spot to work or meet up with a group.“
“Brandon almendares is an amazing worker he always get my order perfect and makes sure I enjoy my drink! He’s always kind and helping in picking drinks while having a smile on his face. He’s a key member in my opinion and makes my visits amazing!! Highly recommend coming!“
“This place was a pleasant surprise, me and my Friend went here and the food and service was great but after I left It my stomach stated to fell what I ate and it didn't like but over all it was a great experience and I might come back.“
“I love stopping in Hudson whenever I can! The coffee options are great between the hot brewed coffee and the cold brew. The hot brewed coffees are $3, while cold brews are $4. Some specialty cold brews like the caramel cream (a delicious homemade caramel creamer) are $5. There is a medium roast available for the hot coffee, as well as a dark roast and decaf. For cold brew, there are a few flavor options in addition to plain, and I love that they're all flavored without syrups or sugar. The food options are limited to the delicious, rotating selection of scones and muffins. All are always delicious, so you can't go wrong with any choice. The porch outside is the perfect seating area in the summer. The inside is also nice for in the winter, and has coffee beans, shirts, and cold brew concentrate for purchase. Everyone is always so friendly here, and if you're a regular they will know your order quickly! It is cash only, so just be prepared for that! If you're in Keansburg, stopping at Hudson should be a must!“
“The staff is very friendly and the service is great! I always stop in for the coffee, the Dark Roast is my favorite. I have tried everything on the menu from wraps to sandwiches and they are all very good. I definitely recommend to stop in for breakfast, lunch, or even coffee.“
“This place is the best bakery in all of freehold, Awesome bread..the best around. Cookies, pastry, cakes, apple turnovers delicious. I can’t believe this place doesn’t have a line waiting to get in. This place reminds me of when I was a kid growing up in Brooklyn. To all you Italian people out here best place around. You must try ! Great service, and the women behind the counter are delightful.“
“The service providers at this Dunkin are so kind and service is fast. They greet you like they are so happy to see you. The coffee, tea , sandwiches donuts are always fresh compared to other Dunkin’s in the area. And if there is a problem with your order they correct it with a smile. I drive out of my way everyday because of all I have mentioned and I tell all my friends to go there.“
“One of the best Starbucks in the area!! They are incredibly friendly and very fast. On a busy day it takes maybe 10 minutes to get my order in the drive thru. Today I went and it was not busy, I ordered two drinks and food and from start to finish I was there for only 4 minutes!! Drinks were well made and staff was incredibly friendly, special thanks to Mikayla!! Will definitely be back“
“The hype was worth the cup. First time going. Coffee freshness and flavor was unmatched. Not too many options for a Starbucks person, but the simplicity and aroma in just a cup of coffee was unmatched. I wish there was one closer to me, but my pockets are thankful there aren't. ?Dietary restrictions: Love how all milk options are not extra. This was so nice to see.“
“I enjoy coming to this Duncan donuts, sitting down and enjoying either my sourdough grilled cheese sandwich or a donut and large coffee.Very friendly staff at the counter and drive-up.Parking: Shared parking lot with other stores and the drive thru lane.“
“The only good Dunkin in the area! The food is always delicious & made quickly and the drinks are yummy. They give many munchkins and have more variety in their assortment than any I've ever seen. The ambiance is good, the staff is kind and efficient; I love this Dunkin!“
“I have to say, I absolutely love Rook New Orleans Iced Coffee, if you love real coffee that actually has taste you need to try this blend. The shop is great, it's connected to the train station. The staff is awesome! The only thing I hope Rook does is update their sipper cups because they do tend to leak around the lids. All in all ~ New Orleans is my favorite!!“
“This is one of my go to Starbucks in the area. It doesn't have a drive thru but parking is not bad to go grab your drink inside. They also have ample seating inside and some seating outside. It's always busy but the baristas make the drinks pretty quickly.“
“What a cute little coffee spot in RedBank right across from the Train station. It's located right in the Sickles market. I went there and worked on my laptop for a few hours to get out of the house and the atmosphere was so nice. There was a man with his huge dog that everyone seems to know. The workers are super friendly. This place is great !!!“
“Highly recommend Bell Market/RBC Hospitality catering for business or personal entertaining. The team is professional, accommodating and reliable. My corporate guests were delighted by the quality and presentation of the food and beverage. Bell Market it at the top of my list!“
