It was a great way to start my morning this morning, from the good mornings and positive and uplifting energy from the employees (from both Pat’s and Coffee Surf) to their breakfast sandwich and the BEST cup of Chai tea I have had in a while. “My go to coffee spot whenever I visit Red Bank. The family I stay with try to take me to starbies and I MAKE THEM go to Rook. The staff were patient with my boomers who didn't understand the menu. I like that it's an in and out kinda place. Get your Joe and bounce! Rook crew, you RULE!!“

“10/10! Stopped by for a bagel and coffee and it was one of the best bagels I have had in a while! The bagels are light and fluffy with a great flavor and do not leave you feeling too full or heavy afterward. We had the chai latte, pumpkin spice latte, and pb latte all of which were great. The atmosphere is mismatched eclectic with a very cozy coffee house vibe. The service was on point and extremely friendly and the place itself was very clean and well presented. If you are in the area you have to stop in and try it!“

“Stopped by for breakfast after a hike around Rocky Point Trail. I had the ham and cheese croissant and my friends had the almond croissant. They were both phenomenal. I'm a savory fan so the thick salty ham at the center made me happy. The almond croissant had some chocolate and was decadent as well. The interior is so pretty with its pastries and decor. Service was quick and we were able to sit at their tables outside and enjoy our croissants in the nice weather.“
