“Booskerdoo Middletown donated hot chocolate for our local elementary school holiday event. It was such a hit! The kids loved the cocoa (peppermint and regular, mmmm) and it added such a special touch to the PTO organized family evening. Booskerdoo in general is great, but the Middletown location takes it a step beyond with their generosity, kind service, and personal touch from Jeff, the owner, who is almost always there making sure everything is running smoothly! You won’t get this type of caring and desire to be a part of the local community from just any coffee spot!

My first time in there, I didn’t know what to get and explained to the gentleman behind the counter, Matt , that I like nutty, sweet and caramel latte type of drinks. Everything we ordered was delicious and Amanda was polite and servicial. She was very kind and considerate to mu husband who is hearing impaired. “My wife and I are on the #eatjersey challenge to have a meal in all 564 towns of NJ. We chose The French Market for Rumson, our 108th town.

This beautiful cafe is decorated in a chic manner for atmosphere. It makes a great backdrop for your Instagram pictures.

It is mostly designed for takeout, where all orders are taken at the counter. They have a limited number of tables to eat in the well-decorated space. However, all food is served in cardboard takeout boxes with plastic utensils, much like Chinese food. (That's not very French, and not very cafe-like either.) Given the way the cafe is decorated for folks who eat in, and in a well-to-do town like Rumson, I would have expected the option to eat on regular plates w/silverware.

With that being said... the food was EXCELLENT! We both got crepes. One with egg, ham, & swiss, and the other with egg, spinach, & feta. We shared an order of French toast which was made with brioche bread. The crepes were served on a bed of salad, and the French toast was accompanied by a fruit cup.

The cafe also has a selection of pastries and cheeses. We did not try any of these, but they looked good.

If you're looking for crepes-to-go to satisfy your itch for brunch, the French Market should be on your list.“

“I really like the fact that they have quality coffee in a rural town like Colts Necks. I was very happily surprised.Please let me put my own sugar on the coffee. I asked for two packets of brown sugar. The worker probably out two big spoons of white sugar. It was way too sweet to be enjoyed. “I love Hudsons !! Besides the Great coffee scones and muffins the workers are amazing always nice! You can sit outside and bring your dog a nice atmosphere! “Incredible all around!!! We came in the middle of the week in the middle of May (cold week) so there wasn't a large crowd. We met Jennifer who is the perfect fit for this establishment. The menu is exciting (And I'm a meat guy) filled with fresh breads fresh spices, cheeses, and crispy salads. Food came out so fast. Place is so quaint and they worked hard to bring out that grandma's kitchen of the 70's and 80's. We went there everyday of our stay (walked there to offset the calories)

“This is my closest local dunkin & we go through the drive-through almost every day. I have a serious matcha latte addiction & we prefer Dunkin’s drinks over the competition.
