Went there on November 16 ordered a vanilla sundae, soft ice cream with Carmel, whipped cream and a cherry the Carmel was disgusting. It was so hard. I picked up the piece and it picked up the whole entire Carmel swirl that was in my ice cream. I don’t know what was up with that, but it was disgusting not creamy at all. It was like a hard piece of chunk candy!

This carvel is the best carvel I’ve had in forever. The customer service is amazing. They give a perfect amount of ice cream and a great amount of toppings. Everyone there is so kind, and extremely helpful. Cassie was my scooper,and she was kind. Definitely would go hack

We get carvell everywhere this was by far the worst to the amount of icecream they put for you. Feels like they just do it on purpose. Normally they put a nice scoup of icecream. But here its like a quater less than the ussual. Anyways i wont be coming here for sure
