Love this place. In my opinion this might be the finest restaurant in Monmouth County. Last night had mussels and clams in white sauce….succulent. The entree was baked ziti with sausage. Sooooo good. I always sit at the bar. Carly was working. We’ve known her for a few years. Service was excellent.

Worst delivery service ever!!! This is twice now, order the pizza online, credit card gets charged, wait an hour for delivery and it doesn't arrive. Call, and nobody answers the phone even though it says they're open till 10!!! Unbelievable. No more Osteria!!! Nobody bothers to call or apologize. Ridiculous.

Ordered a few times from here, food was always very good. Although on a Saturday night, I had an issue with a chicken parm dinner. Chicken was extremely dry and stringy. Something was completely off with it that I thought it was veal how dark it looked. I tried calling about the issue and got zero customer service. Just felt completely brushed off and they didn’t offer to even make a new one for me. So disappointing because I wanted to continue ordering from here. But after taking a few bites my $20 dinner went right in the trash. Thanks guys, I’ll go elsewhere.

Ordered some pizza, a few sandwiches and a chicken roll from Osteria last weekend. Food was pretty bad. One of the pizza's was OK, the other (grandma's) was very dry with too thick of a crust. Sandwiches were pretty bad -- shrimp parm was a bit better, but philly cheesesteak was more of an onion and pepper sandwich with very little meat. Chicken roll was dry and inedible. Will never order from Osteria again.

Pizza is OK, but service is terrible. When you are there you don't feel welcome. There are other pizzerias in the area that have good / similar quality pizza n better service.
