“We stopped by our cousins bagel shop today for the first time. Incredibly delicious light and airy Bagels. The Calabria, rosemary olive oil?and jalapeño bagels are to die for. Best of luck in the store. My suggestion is that everyone go there and try some.“

“Over Easy is a little hidden jem amid a sea of blase breakfast nooks in Marlboro, NJ. I went on a Saturday morning for my birthday brunch and it was the highlight of my special day. Upon entering we were greeted by friendly staff and walked under boughs of bright purple flowers strung over head that decorated the ceiling on the way to our table. Our server Paul was wonderful! Polite and professional he was so attentive and answered all our questions about the menu with a smile. Coffee and cappuccino were everything we hoped for. Rich, creamy and delectable. But the food was even more amazing. Fluffy, 2-inch thick omlettes that were freshly made stuffed with garden spinach and feta. Perfectly sautéed potatoes on the side. The best part? They offer gluten free toast and pancakes that were better than any I've ever had. Oh and the coffee mugs are for sale 😊☕️Between the calming atmosphere, the top notch service and the incredibly good food, I give Over Easy 5 stars! Something I dont do often. They have 2 types of ketchup: regular and jalapenos. The small fry is very filling for me. I was debating between a regular and small and decided with the small.

“I was here when they first opened. it was not really "for me". Recently tried it again and loved it. I am vegetarian and my friend is vegan. we found options. Really enjoyed the eggplant sandwich. Would love more options (saw on one of the burger challenges a portobello on a burger, so loose the beef and just do the portobello) then I would definitely be there more often. Plan to check out the events that they have in the winter. So nice to have a quality and nice place locally to go out to at night.“

The Food, Service, and atmosphere was amazing!! My mom and I couldn’t help our selves and ordered practically the entire menu. This is a definite return.
The only 2 things I have a small tic about is the fruit bubble tea is a bit more flowery and perfume-ey tasting than I liked. Still great flavor but a bit much aroma and taste wise. Also the tiramisu was a slight disappointment.

Other than these 2 things this place is worth a try. Be mindful though as they essentially have pork and beef cooked into just about everything. (green beans in particular) if that’s something you don’t partake in… I can’t personally.“

Super crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside, and always come out piping hot. The spice level is just right. I’m usually not a chicken tender person, but even those were good. I’m not big on bubble tea, but my family is, so it’s a great spot for all of us. Glad to have this place in the neighborhood!“

“** Stopped in today while I was out running errands to pick up a slice of their delicious Sicilian to go. I have to say it's the first time that I'm disappointed. An elderly man was pulling the slice with his bare hands onto a plate to put in a bag and then took my cash and gave me change and bills back. I wish he would have worn gloves if he's going to be touching money and then touching the pizza I'm going to be eating.**
Everything is delish from the drinks, appetizers, dinners, desserts! The best bloody mary's, clams casino, appetizer and the prime rib entree melts like butter, the mashed potatoes and gravy are amazing, and I usually don't like mashed. The tortoni dessert is delish, and the cappuccino too ! And if you want pizza, I suggest the Sicilian slice it's great !“

“We needed a place to get together after a game with a lot of people. The Colonial didn’t hesitate when I said 20 people. We came and they sat us in the back so we could all be together. Phil and Pedro were an amazing team. They organized our checks by family and all of our food came out hot, fast and delicious. So very thankful for this option in the area!“
