Everyone was accommodating, a friend sent back drunken clams cause it had meat in it as well. She asked for buttered garlic steamers instead recieved them in dipping oil. I don't know where the mix of communication is at between servers to kitchen. I've been here 3x's and sorry to say I won't be going back. They do have cold beers and it's a nice place, maybe the kitchen doesn't understand English very well? I don't have the answer but spending $ here isn't doable

Ader's Tavern is a fantastic local spot in Union Beach, offering a welcoming atmosphere and great food. The staff is super nice, and the friendly owners make everyone feel at home. The menu is extensive, featuring delicious burgers, "Steak and Eggs" with a bloody Mary or Guinness, and other affordable dishes. The burgers are phenomenal, with the Ader's Burger being the best burger in NJ. Ader's Tavern is a great bar and bartenders are great. You can rent out the backyard for your own party. Parking is a lot and wheelchair accessibility is roll right in. Whether a regular or a first-time visitor, Ader's Tavern provides a cozy, casual dining experience.
