I had a very disappointing experience with this place. They gave me someone else’s food through the drive-thru window, and I drove 6 miles home before realizing the order was wrong. I then had to drive another 6 miles back to fix their mistake. Instead of apologizing, the staff blamed me and said, “You saw the wrong name, why did you take it?” even though they handed me the order themselves. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect for my time or inconvenience. Very poor customer service.

Probably the best fried chicken in the area these days. Good customer service at this location, generally not too crowded. I only go to drive through so can't say what it's like inside. Overall though very convenient, order is always ready on time, and easy to get in and out of.

They always short you on items, as if that's the path to riches. Their staff are cold and indifferent—even when you thank them, they don't even bother to respond.

Chicken here is always dry from being left under the heat lamp. The employees are either rude as hell or trying their best. Now the food is getting ridiculously expensive.
Now when we have a chicken strip craving we go to chilli's. Better food, bigger portions and not as shady. A meal at Chilli's is cheaper with an alcoholic beverage then a meal here, significantly cheaper without alcohol.
These fast food restaurants are losing their minds! If you want to charge chain restaurants prices at least make the food consistent and edible.

I bought a 12 piece Spicy Chicken with no sides and got charged 12 piece with all the sides and they wouldn't credit me also there was 0 customers in there midday and the chicken tasted like it was sitting there for hours

Service has been poor. I recently ordered 12 piece meal all dark meat. And they gave us mixed. Even though when we ordered they stated we have to wait 15 minutes which we are ok with waiting. But the fact it was written on the receipt and got the order wrong.

thankfully I pulled into parking spot for my son to eat and his sandwich was not hot so we went back to drive thru and last told us sandwich was fine I even felt the sandwich and it was slightly warm so she gave us another sandwich and it was not hot either. This was about 10pm and they don't close until 12, finally they had to make a new sandwich.
