I cannot say enough nice things about Alan and ultimate catering. Alan and his staff and their food were amazing, but not only that he was truly just a wonderful human. I was sadly one of those brides that got scammed by AF. I wouldn’t have been known about what was going on if Alan hadn’t been worried about me and how I was doing. He contacted me within days of the scandal and not only told me something that absolutely devastated less than 5 weeks before my wedding, but he asked him how he could help. This man sent me a list of contacts that he had, he contacted his contacts to try to work out a deal for his brides. This man has integrity and such kindness and generosity. If he hadn’t stepped in I wouldn’t have been able to pull together all my venders to successful have my wedding. How on to the food, omg my guests were raving about the food. They loved my passed hors d’oeuvres, but they absolutely died over the roast whole pig that Alan carved himself. This man brought my husband and myself a sampling of every piece of food offering to make sure we ate. He helped me come up with my wedding plan and helped me set up my dream. You cannot go wrong with Alan and his team. Without him who knows if my wedding would’ve happened.

This was the email I sent “Hello, My grandfather is turning 90 in November. He asked for only 3 things, one of which being a smorgasbord of different foods.
I was very interested in your all day appetizer plan. I was wondering if you could give me a ball park price as I am trying to give my cousins a round about price so they send me money.

Keep in mind I only mentioned a month and no day!!!!! They asked what my budget it was and told me they would get back to me. They never did, so I followed and reiterated my budget and I guess it wasn’t good enough for them bc they told me and I quote “we are booked that day”! I NEVER gave them a day, I think that is very rude and unprofessional!! If my budget was to low why not just professionally say that?!?

There are not enough words to describe how happy we were with Ultimate Caterer! We had our 200+ wedding at our farm and we knew bringing in food was going to be one of the harder things to work with. We envisioned having a never ending cocktail hour throughout the entire night and it was tough finding vendors to accommodate our vision and budget.I am so happy I found Alan! Alan offered exactly what we were looking for plus more! Throughout the entire night they had their staff walk around with trays of appetizers so our guests were able to eat whenever they wanted. Along with that, we had buffet stations for "dinner" time because there's no such thing as too much food! For dessert, they did the same thing and walked around with trays and went up to people to serve - this was amazing as majority of our guests stayed on the dance floor all night so they liked not needing to step away to grab a treat! Food was so amazing, our guests are still raving about it!Alan took great care of us the day of the wedding as well. My now husband and I were obviously so busy the day of the wedding so Alan kept coming up to us to bring us food and DRINKS!Since we had to outsource basically everything to accommodate a wedding in our backyard, we were able to get all rentals through Alan. This made the process so much easier for us because it was one less vendor we had to work with and Alan handled securing all the rentals we needed. All rentals looked exactly as pictured or even better!Alan was so kind throughout the entire process and made sure we were happy every step of the way. He was very responsive, especially with some urgent needs days before the wedding.I highly recommend Ultimate Caterer for any event!!

From planning the menu to ensuring we had everything we needed as a couple and making sure our family and friends had everything they needed, Ultimate truly went above and beyond. I am so excited to write this review. Alan and his team did a fantastic job for our wedding this past weekend at Art Factory Studios. From the beginning, Alan set the schedule and delivered everything I asked for. Any inspiration photo from decoration to style of food was delivered. I had zero concern for the past year (from time booked to execution) that the catering would be anything less than exceptional.When I asked other brides for feedback from their wedding, the biggest blunders always were connected with the food. Well, not at my wedding! Even the pickiest members of my family said that the strolling appetizers were the best ever! We got tons of compliments on the lamb and sirloin, and the snacking potato bar.The wedding cake was perfection. Not only was it exactly as I envisioned but Alan decorated it with the flowers from the florist. Alan personally made sure that every step was executed with class and perfection.Alan produces the entire food service, anything you want he will make happen.

From the second we met Alan we knew he was going to make sure our day was perfect! The food was endless. Every guest came up to us with mouths full telling us their favorite dish! We booked the ultimate buffet and had a large cocktail hour with the most delicious hors d'oeuvres and a beautiful cold display. Dinner we had 3 large stations for guests to enjoy and you cannot forget the strolling desserts. We also had an after party on site with of course more food!! Alan and his team made sure everything was set up, cleaned up , and that the drinks were flowing!! The Ultimate Caterers are definitely top notch!

The food was excellent, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and the setup/breakdown highly efficient. I'm writing this review with a heavy heart as our special day was somewhat marred by the services we received from Ultimate Caterer. We all know that the food at a wedding is one of the most important aspects, creating lasting memories for both the couple and the guests. Unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to the expectations we had based on our initial discussions and tastings.First and foremost, the issue of temperature. There's nothing quite as disappointing as being served lukewarm food, especially when it's meant to be hot. Many guests pointed out that their meals arrived cold, which deeply impacted their overall dining experience.The cold food might have been forgiven if not for the cake, which was another key letdown of the evening. The cake is the centerpiece of a wedding reception, and we had high hopes for ours. However, it wasn't decorated as we had discussed and agreed upon during our consultation. We had chosen a traditional, elegant design with hand-piped lacework, but what we received was a far cry from what we had envisioned. It lacked the intricate details we had been promised, which was a significant disappointment.To this day they have not explained how the food was allowed to be served cold, including the VIP family tables!Disappointed doesn't put into words how we feel, specially with the total cost of the food......

Planning an event can be stressful but Alan immediately made me feel relaxed. Alan helped me with every detail of my daughter's shower! His staff was amazing. They were friendly and wonderful during the entire event. And the food....WOW!!! Not only did the displays looks beautiful, everything was delicious! Thank you Alan for a wonderful experience!!!

We hired Ultimate Caterer for our wedding and could not be more pleased with the service. Alan and his team were incredibly wonderful. The food was amazing, especially our CREPE STATION which was a huge hit. Alan was also very caring and checked in on us through our our event and made sure my partner and I were well-fed.
