The female employee working the register (didn’t get her name but had blonde hair was about 3:30) was very friendly and gave exceptional service. I wasn't hungry but did want to try the food, maybe next time I'm in the area as there are none in PA.“

“I stopped at the Rt 73 in Berlin location. The cashier Lauring was very sweet and helpful. Since it was mid afternoon it wasn’t super busy so the girl from the drive though was putting my order together as I was making my choices. They were very efficient. Both girls were extremely friendly! The store was nice and clean and my food was put together so quickly. Kudos to all of them!“

“ChickenNow’s food is sooo flavorful! The grandma sauce is so tasty with the chicken tenders like it’s so juicy and tender. Also the bread that goes with it is soo good, it’s perfectly done and tastes great! I’ve been coming here for the longest time and they never disappoint! The seasoning on the chicken is delicious, also the wraps are amazing, especially with the spicy grandma sauce. The staffs are also nice and they make the food quickly so you don’t have to wait long. Overall it’s my go to food place at the mall!!“

“Got take out through GrubHub, 25 piece with biscuits and fries. This might now be our favorite store bought fried chicken. Crispy and crunchy for sure with a little spice to it, not too much. Honey butter biscuits are pretty good warm and the fries aren’t bad either, a little thicker cut and seasoned. Better still, you can get a lot of food for your money. In the mood for comfort food fried chicken? Give them a shot.“

Portions were a good size, fresh and good tasting. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries combo. Again, very tasty. Only down side they charge for sauces (my order was over $30.00). “First off, no matter what Chic-fil-a I've EVER been to, service is always their top priority. The food was fast, fresh, and delicious. They give you whatever you ask for. If you wanted an extra sauce, they just gave it to you. Chic-fil-a is always my first choice with fast food. It's always worth the wait in line. I had barely any wait in line this time. They also now started a line for like Mobile orders. These are people who already pre-paid and probably have their food waiting and prepared. This way, they aren't sitting in the same line as the people placing orders. Genius idea!!!! I may venture into using that option next time!!!.
