I just got home from the most disappointing experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The so called Manager basically took my free menu item that I earned from spending hundreds of dollars in his store and charged me anyway. He was so rude too. He kept walking around past us as we stood at the register trying to order. He finally stopped, came to the register and just looked at me while I waited for him to say something, anything.
