The staff members look at the recipe steps every time I order here, and the drinks still come out somehow wrong compared to other Gong Chas. Sure a lot of the staff are new, but there must be something different about their ingredient prep or ratios. Too bad it's the only location in the area
The bubble waffle is legit. It is sweet. Vanilla forward. But it's crispy and soft, warm and fun.
Can't wait to try the coffee.

During the Felix happy card event, I wrote my order in incorrectly, but the waitress working today caught it and still let me have the card 😭😭😭 thank you so much for helping me out. Very clean store, friendly staff
