Food is delicious. Price is fair considering inflation. Food portion is descent. I wouldn't mind if the franchise give a little more, considering how flavorful everything is. Staff is professional and friendly.
The staff was nice, and I imagine the food would have tasted great but some of the rice was really stale and hard and ruined it. I imagine it's because it was likely a slow day so the rice was probably out for a while but they should really account for that and cycle it out when that happens.
I think this location is newer, but the service is always really good. The guy working even got me fresh white rice when they were running low. The rice bowl also always taste really good also :)
