Update: I only ordered soup for my menstrual cycle. I felt it coming. I was not sick. Now after eating their chicken noodle soup, I have a swollen throat. Im sure the warm bread would’ve made my throat smoothe. The treatment I got at the Marlton NJ Salad Works on rt 73 was the worst. I ordered a soup the staff treated me like I bothered them with my order.seriously by purchasing a soup and not needing anything else. I mean they wouldn’t even include a warm roll with my soup. They told me I had to purchase a bigger size to get a warm roll. Lady all soups from most Salad Works come with a warm roll. No I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this Salad Works. They’re only getting one star because I have to give them something to write this review. Honestly they don’t even deserve one star. They do not have their customers leaving with a smile. It’s not my fault your business is slow tonight.

Just trash. They don't care about customers. Birthday salad wrong, had a co worker go pick up an online order. I go to bring it back because it's wrong I just want the 53 cents they charged my credit card for "taxes" and put the salad back on I can use it another time. Instead they're telling me they can't and expect me to come back to their location at a later date. No way! I refuse I would have went to another salad works on another day to use it. Now I'm deleting the app. Never ever getting that trash ever again. Horrible customer service all around.

When I approached the counter to order my food, I was not greeted friendly and when I started to say my order, the employee was very rude about how I was placing my order (was going to slow for his liking). After my salad was made, he rudely accused me of saying I wanted my food to go, when he never asked me if my food was for here or to go. Then he huffed and puffed while rolling his eyes about fixing his mistake. Employee was lacking good customer service skills and needs to be retrained. Employees were not wearing names tags, but the male employee was middle aged, white, and balding with brown hair.

The workers at this location are very unfriendly and always seemed to be upset about something. The customer service is very poor. They treat you based on how you look. I work in the area and would go to salad works for a nice salad. I visited this particular location several times and every time I would order a kids meal size salad. The serving bowl they use is always dirty with lint inside and out of container. I had to ask for my salad to be made over twice and would explain the bowl has dirt and dust in it. We'll my last visit the young lady at the register said it's because their apron has dirt and dust so its probably rubbing off on the container it's kept on the bottom shelf. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. I felt she told me this because I'm a black woman. The staff there never apologized just got annoyed that I complained about a dirt tray. smh I will not be returning.

The food is consistently delicious and tastes fresh. Some workers can be rude from time to time but I wouldn't expect anything more when you are working in a pretty bland and boring environment. Delicious food for a cheap price!

I love this place! I heard about it many years ago and the moved the one in my hometown. I have been traveling looking for good health meals fast and salad works for me. I picked my own choices my options where delicious I ate it all. My salad was fresh the staff was okay more importantly the place is clean. I ate inside the music was also good.

Lauren has poor customer service. Not helpful at all.Door dash didn’t have the option to add honey BBQ chicken so I called after placing my order to ask if they could sub the grilled chicken for the BBQ chicken Lauren said it was already made and she wasn’t going to assist. I attached a photo of the salad, it would have been so EASY to remove this grilled chicken and accommodate to the adding the honey BBQ chicken. Pure laziness and terrible customer service.Edit: I called back to ask for corporate’s phone number. Lauren is the store manager there and provided me with a the fax number instead of the actual phone number. Unbelievable.

The Mediterranean salad was awful, sorry to say. And they forgot the olives. Aargh. The guy who served was very rude. The manager, however (man) was nice.

I am disabled. I walked in with my service dog and this tool immediately started shaking his head saying I can’t be in the store with him. The place was empty. I kindly told him that he is a service dog and he rudely accused me of lying since he “didn’t see a collar” and that I had to leave. In New Jersey it is against the law to ask for documentation for a service animal, as it is discriminatory, which I informed him of. He said he didn’t care. I went back to my car to get his certification and showed him. Dude was desperate for a power trip after serving up salads all day, you’re a joke

Takes 4 people to work the salad assembly line (even when there is only 1 person in store with a walk in order). If you order ahead, can't grab and go with your food because you must wait for 1/4 people to free up and assist. I've been frustrated before with the pick up wait and when I grabbed my food I was told by staff to "not do it again". It's MY order and I order ahead to skip a line I'm forced to wait in anyway. It happened again today where there are 4 people behind the counter and I see my food but I can't touch it. Needs serious help with to-go orders. I can't grasp how it takes so many people to prepare an order.
