Pick-up was messy, but mostly quick. I didn't get my online price (I used a coupon) because but forgot during the rush. This is not their fault, it was a team effort (I could have had my emailed receipt), but also disappointing when I remembered.

As always, the ham was amazing, everyone raved over it! As far as the pick up experience went...considering I picked up at noon on the day before Easter, I was shocked at how quickly and smoothly everything was running. Every employee was kind and polite, even though they were slammed. Some may consider Honey Baked a little pricey, but for the taste and convenience, it truly is worth every dollar spent!!!

I have been ordering honey baked ham from this company for years. This has always been my favorite part of the holidays. But this year we picked the order up on Monday. The can be refrigerated for 7-10days, so everything still should have been fine. But the ham and turkey were totally dried out. I did not put them in the oven, just set them out to come to room temp about an hour before serving. No one ate hardly anything that came from this company. $200 in meat and sides that will probably be thrown away the very next day. Thanksgiving is all about the food - this Thanksgiving was ruined. At least we had pies from elsewhere to fill up on. For Christmas and every holiday in the future, I will put in the work and make the meal myself. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

I was in here a couple months ago- and have kept quiet, but the situation still truly rubs me the wrong way. I was in there with my sister, as she had raved about the place and I was very excited to try. I have a visual impairment and often use my phone to look at menus, especially when they are not individual menus- So that I donāt have to be right up front and center, So that other people are also able to look. So I was doing that at this establishment And a woman- I was never given her name, But she seemed to be maybe middle-aged Very rudely Came out And asked me what I was taking pictures of. Her tone was very nasty and judgmental, And when I said I was blind She pretty much said oh okay and then laughed- Not in a nice way, but a very nasty way. Iām used to people, judging me, I have faced judgment, my entire life for my Impairment. But I have never been so humiliated as I felt in that moment. My sister tried to ask to speak to a manager, but apparently they were not there. All in all, not a fun experience, but the food was okay.
