I have been ordering honey baked ham from this company for years. This has always been my favorite part of the holidays. But this year we picked the order up on Monday. The can be refrigerated for 7-10days, so everything still should have been fine. But the ham and turkey were totally dried out. I did not put them in the oven, just set them out to come to room temp about an hour before serving. No one ate hardly anything that came from this company. $200 in meat and sides that will probably be thrown away the very next day. Thanksgiving is all about the food - this Thanksgiving was ruined. At least we had pies from elsewhere to fill up on. For Christmas and every holiday in the future, I will put in the work and make the meal myself. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

I was in here a couple months ago- and have kept quiet, but the situation still truly rubs me the wrong way. I was in there with my sister, as she had raved about the place and I was very excited to try. I have a visual impairment and often use my phone to look at menus, especially when they are not individual menus- So that I don’t have to be right up front and center, So that other people are also able to look. So I was doing that at this establishment And a woman- I was never given her name, But she seemed to be maybe middle-aged Very rudely Came out And asked me what I was taking pictures of. Her tone was very nasty and judgmental, And when I said I was blind She pretty much said oh okay and then laughed- Not in a nice way, but a very nasty way. I’m used to people, judging me, I have faced judgment, my entire life for my Impairment. But I have never been so humiliated as I felt in that moment. My sister tried to ask to speak to a manager, but apparently they were not there. All in all, not a fun experience, but the food was okay.

Bought a bone-in ham for Christmas dinner, and ended up being the best tasting ham we've ever eaten. Picked it up on the 24th in the afternoon and wasn't busy inside; plenty of employees working. Service was fine because my experience was mostly in & out.
Wheelchair accessibility: Two handicap parking spots in front of store with accessible sidewalk ramp. Doors to store are not automatic, however.

They were so nice and helpful! And of course the ham is delicious.
Good friendly service. The sandwich I wanted wasn't available because the young cook wasnt in on time and there was no telling when he was coming in ?. Either way, I order the traditional ham and swiss on a croissant. The greens were fresh, and the ham tasty. I'd try them again.

Where do I beginMy mouth had been watering for days, knowing that I would be going to get my favorite ham sandwich.When I say that this is probably one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had ? I ordered a lunchbox. First I knew that there was something wrong. The sandwich was soaking wet SMH I don’t know why it was so wet that should’ve been the first time I took a bite and everything just slid down. I could not even eat or take a second bite second for salads. I think they resort it to another vendor but the potato salad that I ordered was disgusting then the cookies they changed out the cookies, they didn’t even have my favorite cookie and the choices that they had there I think they shrink The sign on the door said that they were only taking cash. They let me know several times that they were taking cash. The prices went up sandwiches were $9+ and the lunchbox was$12+ save your money, go somewhere else it’s not what it used to be like needless to say, I will not be coming back EverGoodbye

Tried the sandwiched, the beans, the Mac and cheese even the cookies. Everything is so good! Too bad they don't deliver ? I was really hoping to order some but they are no longer on Grubhub, Ubereats and Doordash such a shame.
