7-26-24 UPDATE: with the big renovation and everything you guys still are awful. This is the worst Duncan ever. I went through the drive-through today and the person repeated my coffee three times each time was wrong and different than what I said either they play games, they need a better system where they can hear the customer, or they hate their jobs.

This location is the worst. Every time a simple coffee order is wrong going through drive thru. A large coffee with 2 cream and I get back 5 creams. No sugars and I get back 8 sugars. This had happened so many times. I haven’t gone in a long time always thinking it will get better but it doesn’t.
Went to the Marmora Dunkins at 10am and asked for an order of avocado toast and an everything bagel, not toasted. The avocado toast was fine, but the bagel was literally hard as a rock. i use to go there alot but everytime I go there, something with the order is wrong.
