Order a coffee and an everything bagel and cream cheese , I get my coffee but they give me a sugar jelly donut , didn’t realize til I already got to work smh. Ashame their employees don’t know the difference between a bagel and a donut ! I don’t know why I even keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt , they always mess up my order and others that I speak too

A visit to Dunkin is always a risky bet. This location is no different. For a brief moment they were great … orders were correct, food was hot and served with a smile. But they’ve gone downhill again.Order is wrong, missing items, food … well just look at the pic, room temp coffee, vibe is negative and reflective on the service.Done done done.Sandwich is starting to give me stomach aches now. I suppose I deserve this for making a poor choice.Next time I’ll go around the corner to the faux BK for squashed croissant sandwiches.

Order incorrectly filled twice, back to back in the same encounter. I understand it can be frustrating when coworkers fail to communicate properly and cause you additional work but you should always show respect to the customer. Unfortunately the staff showed incompetency and lacked professionalism. Would not recommend this location.

I have recently started ordering a coffee at the Marmora location on my way to work, the convenience of having a drive through and the coffee I want is the reason I chose Dunkin Donuts over Wawa or another fast food restaurant is the selection. I am writing this review about the service I have received the last 2 days. There is a young man who works the morning shift and the first time I encountered him he was on the drive through ordering menu, the second time he was on the window. He is not helping the image of DD, his attitude on the ordering window was evident that he takes no pride in himself or his service, he sounds snotty and annoyed he also didn’t make my order the way I wanted it, the second time he was on the window and again didn’t make my order the way I asked for it, when I asked for the correct way he acted annoyed and disgusted and I watched him from the window put his dirty hands all over the rim of my cup and put his fingers in it. I canceled and asked for my money back. I hate complaining about service and don’t make a habit of it but this guy needs some more training or maybe some professional help. No one needs a lousy attitude and service with their morning coffee. I work in the medical field and I absolutely 100% understand how irritating people can be so I get it, but I don’t get to treat them disrespectfully. Please help this guy be a better person and employee. Thank You!

You could miss both world wars, a man on the moon, and Richard Ayode's entire iconic performance in hit british comedy show "The IT Crowd" before receiving your cup of murky bean water. Went there at 8:40pm no one there but me waited five minutes in drive thru for one meduim coffee because their register was loading and couldnt take a payment then the girl gave me a large coffee and it was cold and not even what i wanted for the last couple nights have been going there before 9 and every time I go there they say they are always close but how can they close when it's not even 9 pm when they are supposed to close if they are going to close before 9 then they should close at 830 because seems to be the time they start cleaning up and closing the store because if u go there 5 minutes before 9 or 10 minutes before 9pm they say they are close went there two different times and each time I get cold coffee went there on July 10-23 once again got two cups of cold coffee then the manger begins to tell me she just made the coffee but can't when the coffee is cold telling me everytime I come in there I complain try giving me what I ordered hot I wouldn't complain go to Dunkin three times a day different ones never have a problem go to this one twice have a problem at least I got my money back not like last time

NJ banned the use of plastic straws. They are still giving them to customers with every order. Paper straws are not an option nor in stock.
25 minutes for 2 iced coffees and 2 bagels. Worst experience I’ve ever had and I used the app thinking it would help but it did not make a single difference. Try to avoid this one.

Place is trash Dunkin needs to fire these lazy ahh employees they sit at the tables inside and scroll on their phones mindlessly these employees collectively have a iq lower than a potato really sad to see... how do you mess up a bacon egg and cheese I got a bagel with a single slice of cheese on it no egg or nothing what the hell is wrong with yall

The only thing good about this place is that it was clean. 3 young men were working there. I am a part time doordasher. I had a ride there to pick up an order. It took me 13 minutes to arrive and when I asked the young man about my order he didn't even know about it. I had to wait for them to make 4 easy cold drinks. They moved slower than the turtles that I save in Hawaii and some of those are 500lbs. Completely lazy. Sorry I call it as I see it. They didn't even apologize. Like I said that generation is lazy. Not sorry for that comment.
