Over 20 minute wait for a cup of coffee. They got 5 ppl running around but no one taking orders on front desk. Manger very rude as I asked how long will it take for small coffee, dude says in a very rude way or very busy can’t you see? Walk in service should always be served before window service. And after waiting 20min causing had to leave without my coffee due to time.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. I ordered two iced coffees on the mobile app and they were suppose to be open and when my husband and I got there their doors were locked and someone was inside ignoring everyone who came to the door or to the drive. They took my money and we never even got our coffees. The customers service here is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone.
Slowest Dunkin I’ve ever gone to. It should never take 20 minutes to get a wrong order.
We were only in the area for vacation. I have been to many dunkin Donuts over the years. But this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. First they had a kiosk to order from. Which in my opinion is to avoid contact with human beings. So I order. I order reg coffee, 4 orange juices, which I grabbed myself, 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns and 6 Donuts. I'm already turned off because there are flies everywhere including the food. But I press on because I have 3 children to feed. Within minutes my coffee is done. About 10 minutes later hot food is done. All that is left is Donuts that are already done. Some one just needs to get them. So another 10 minutes go by and I had had enough and ask for my Donuts. Granted I did ask for 5 Choc frosted and 1 strawberry with sprinkles. And I received 5 chocolate with sprinkles and 1 plain straw. At this point not worth the effort to complain. I got the impression no one was in charge. Now everyone was working there was no standing around. But there was no what I would call an expediter. No one to finish all the orders. That was prob the longest 30 plus minutes in my life. On the way out I noticed the 10-15 cars in the drive thru. Good luck to them!

I normally go through the drive most the time I think this happen like probably last Wednesday, part of me that the employee said that the frozen machine that makes Frozen Caramel Coffee like I normally get, then the employee said it doesn’t work I’m curious that is it actually broke bc it seems to be working last Saturday I’m curious about that. If it is broken you need a new one just for the future issues. Bc you need a update one
Add: I hate getting Wawa’s caramel frozen coffee that’s why I love getting from you.

Very friendly and fun staff! Also, they actually managed to correctly spread the cream cheese which is superb because often it turns out kinda lopsided
Extremely slow service, ordered 6 sandwiches and only received 5. All sandwiches were burned. Sourdough toast had the smallest piece of bacon I have ever seen. Everyone was very friendly but unfortunately that is not enough to redeem our experience.

I go to this location pretty frequently, but after today I think I'll be opting for Wawa. I walked in around 2:30 to get my regular medium iced tea, and what I saw was atrocious. The store was filled with flies, and there was no air conditioning. There were only two workers on shift from what I could see, and they were working their butts off. Meanwhile I saw someone who looked like a manager just sitting on his computers in the lobby while they were scrambling around. I waited 15 minutes for my drink, which I don't mind since these kids were doing the best they could. Nevertheless, I was sweating by the time I left and fighting the bugs off my arms as they tried to bite me. I won't be returning.

Ordered breakfast sandwiches, coffees, hash browns and ice coffees. The hash browns were cold and burnt, one of the coffees was correct the other was supposed to be French Vanilla but no French vanilla, then when it came to the sandwiches one was supposed to be on a croissant and the other 2 on English muffins, nope all on croissants. Word to the wise check your order before leaving! I will from now on!

Usually the drive thru and inside is lengthy in the morning, which is expected, but the staff is oftentimes very lackadaisical and no urgency whatsoever. They act like you're inconveniencing them when asking for something

My experience was on Memorial Day, around 2:30 PM, stopping in to get donut holes for the BBQ that I was going to. The place was clean, but they were way under-staffed .. people were piling in, only 3 guys working, one left as his shift ended, I was there an enormous amount of time. I used the Order Yourself machine to order 25 donut holes, paid for them, and after 30 minutes decided to order a breakfast sandwich. After some time my order was ready but I only received the breakfast sandwich. Asked where my donut holes were and was told, We don't have any. When I replied that I had already paid for them, I was told, Sorry, I can't help you now, and the guy walked away to continue cooking the other orders. I managed to get the attention of the other worker and asked if he could just refund me for the donuts, and as he tried to do so the cash register froze up. I suggested he just give me 2 regular size donuts to compensate and he did so very kindly. I have to say that I think these young men probably did the best they could under the circumstances, but they need a manager who knows how to staff better. Also, they could use a few lessons on customer service. The young man who refunded my donuts was very sweet; the cook who made my sandwich, not so much. Having been in the food service industry for over 20 years when I was working, the management is responsible for how well their place is running. Honestly, these young men were very young and doing their best .. one did put a call out to their manager early on, since I had arrived, and 45 minutes later they still had no backup help. If no one is on-call, it's up to the manager to come in themself and fill the gap. Where I used to work, there was never a shift where we didn't have 2 people listed on the schedule as on-call. A very poorly-run establishment for how busy they are.

Im am a regular I come almost everyday. This one guy that has medium black length hair with an dunkin jacket always greeted me with a smile. He is always helping me out if I have a problem he will fix it. When come in he talks to me and it makes my day. But yesterday he was making the food he had no food to make so he was helping the skinny blonde girl that looks like she’s 18 years old. She was calling him retarded they sure fire him and he’s bad at everything he does. All he was doing was trying to help her out. I hope she is not a Manager because the attitude on this girl is bad she’s so snotty. My honest opinion is to demote her because when I come in she says she hates kids and she doesn’t want take me if you don’t fix this girls problem or attitude towards this kid. I will be coming in and having a Conversation with the manager if this doesn’t change!!

Order a coffee and an everything bagel and cream cheese , I get my coffee but they give me a sugar jelly donut , didn’t realize til I already got to work smh. Ashame their employees don’t know the difference between a bagel and a donut ! I don’t know why I even keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt , they always mess up my order and others that I speak too
