A visit to Dunkin is always a risky bet. This location is no different. For a brief moment they were great … orders were correct, food was hot and served with a smile. But they’ve gone downhill again.Order is wrong, missing items, food … well just look at the pic, room temp coffee, vibe is negative and reflective on the service.Done done done.Sandwich is starting to give me stomach aches now. Order incorrectly filled twice, back to back in the same encounter. I understand it can be frustrating when coworkers fail to communicate properly and cause you additional work but you should always show respect to the customer. Unfortunately the staff showed incompetency and lacked professionalism. Would not recommend this location.
I have recently started ordering a coffee at the Marmora location on my way to work, the convenience of having a drive through and the coffee I want is the reason I chose Dunkin Donuts over Wawa or another fast food restaurant is the selection. I am writing this review about the service I have received the last 2 days.
