Went to the Marmora Dunkins at 10am and asked for an order of avocado toast and an everything bagel, not toasted. The avocado toast was fine, but the bagel was literally hard as a rock. i use to go there alot but everytime I go there, something with the order is wrong.
The staff wasnt attentive at all. Needed help to order didnt even acknowledge me. Doordash drinks sitting there and were separated. Dounuts whats left thrown all over display case. Food left out uncovered.
Friendly staff, always get my order right and the way I want it!

They act like you're inconveniencing them when asking for something.
While most employees try their best to assist customers, there have been instances of poor attitudes from some staff members, which has negatively impacted the overall customer experience. There are concerns about the frozen machine for Frozen Caramel Coffee. Management appears to play a crucial role in ensuring proper staffing and customer service training for their employees.
