I was absolutely blown away by the knowledge and coffee 101 class i took. This opened my eyes to the difference in flavors in coffee. I did not know it was so vast! I considered myself a “non black coffee” drinker. I always needed milk and sugar. This class opened my pallet to the real taste of coffee so i can definitely drink it black
Brew Coffee Bar is a special place to me. The owner, Brandon, is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee. I have learned a lot from talking to him and trying all sorts of new unique types of coffee. Brandon makes great coffee by the cup in the shop, and if you follow his advice you can also make a great cup at home with the bags of beans he sells. Also, try a lemonade or coffee palmer, you won’t be disappointed.
